The digital edition has been officially released! You can now read online and download.

If anyone has issues with the physical box set, send an email to store@fakku.net or use the contact form. As always we will replace anything that is damaged.

But I want to ask, is this something you'd all like to see more of? Should we seek out more artists to work with like this, and release their doujins as box sets?

Yes, especially those that only do dojins Rustle and Fatalpulse Please!!!

Is this something I'd like to see more of? Yes.
Seek out more artists as box sets? Absolutely!

Not necessarily as just box sets, perhaps an omnibus or bonus things like unique sleeves, covers, artwork, etc... and perhaps with lessons learned from this release.

Doing things that are more than just uncensored localizations give these releases an exclusive feel.

Rhetorical question, I assume...

the box itself is intact but unfortunately my "wrapping" books came all crumpled

the UnisiS books have the same problem, but not nearly as bad...

I would love to see more sets like this. The artist I would like to see happen with is Hanaharu Naruco or maybe you could work with various circles such as peachpulsar. Or just a thought, find out through some sort of matrix newer artists who are popular on the site who do not have books yet contact them and pitch them a categorie/ Tag and have them do some dojins around whatever tags are pitched such as vanilla , incest, NTR, Loi. Then put them into boxes exclusive for FAKKU. That would be super cool. Just a thought

First of, thanks for the digital, though I won't bother checking it until I get my actual copy, I kinda want to read the physical version first.

As for your question: Mixed feelings. On one side this is a pretty good format (Bosshi XXX Mix was also pretty good) On the other side, it'd be sad to be limited to that.
Ever thought of making an artbook in collaboration with an artist? That could work.

There's also the issue of parody doujins and the issues that can rise. I don't think you'd be able to provide Ishikei's doujin works due to them mostly being parodies.

Awww. I am beating myself up right now. I can't believe I missed the sale of the box set. I missed the con this year while I was deployed over seas. But this makes me all the more optimistic on the stuff for next year! This looked amazing and I love everything you guys have been doing. Keep up the great work guys!

To the first question, yes.
And to the second one, Homunculus.

Seriously if you did a collaboration with him I will throw all my money at you.

I believe the demand for these has been demonstrated here well enough already. :D

And apart from other artists, it would obviously also be great to see another box from saitom in a couple of years once more parts to these have been released. Can't just leave us hanging there. ;)

Yes, and yes. Absolutely.

I'd love to see doujin omnibus, box sets, and limited edition versions with larger page size get released. The extra cost is definitely worth it, especially for things with lots of high quality full color art (e.g. Rustle in doujinshi, and Ishikei, Oda-Non in h-manga).

Yes absolutely want to see more sets like this. And if we're considering new artists? How about RAITA, or Koume Keito, or Akatsuki Myuuto, or Tachibana Omina.

I got my physical copy in today. Fantastic job Fakku, this size of the doujinsi is huge, compared to the scant few that I own. These are Hal Hujibayashi, his Oreimo story, Stardust Tears (1-4), Bosshi’s XXX mix and 2013 Moe Headphones Design by Luntic Joker this was from a kickstarter by Sekai Project. The colors are vibrant and eye popping the cover of the box is work of art. The paper of the books is very good stock and I like the texturing effect of the covers. Now a bit of a critique, this is just for the purpose of feedback. I understand that you don’t want the books falling out of the box but pulling one out causes the others to come out causing them to rub against each other. The texturing effect is nice but its’ flaking off. The packing it was shipped was a bit thin to protect a pricy item. I would pay more for shipping to have it placed in thicker packing for improved safety. Life is learning curve so I hope this feedback helps on future box releases; you folks delivered a great collectable and work of art.

Got my set in earlier today as well. The set as a whole is beautiful and even before opening the wrap you can tell how nicely textured are the books. That being said, the sleeve was stuck to the bubble wrap when I opened and started peeling right away. >.>

Fortunately, replacement covers will be made available.

I have to say though, even after seeing the preview pictures holding the box and turning over was still quite a surprise. That's "front" and "back" for you. XD

Perhaps next time when shipping out such expensive sets is to use a slightly over sized box and fill the gap with rolled up bubble wrap or slightly crumpled paper to keep the contents from shifting. That way if there are any drops/bumps the shock will be absorbed by the interior gap instead of the contents.

Yes. If the product is as awesome as this one and by any of my favorite artists I will definitely buy it.
