I'd prefer a webapp so it works on anything (Android, iOS, whatever) without having to make a separate app for every system. Webapps can be just as good as "real" native apps if you know how to code them correctly.

I own a HTC Vision, and I would love a Fakku App or a mobile version of the site :-)

Probably fixing all the errors, and doing something about the downtime has, as it should, priority.

Here's the simple way to do a mobile site. Don't actually make a "mobile" site. Phones that can display this site in the first place won't have any issues with the rest of the site (ie: Forums). The best route would to make it to where the site detects you are on a mobile device and when you are viewing a manga, it switches to a fast load feature. What that would more or less do is just change the image on the screen when you click for the next page, instead of having to load a whole new page. If I recall right, Mangahut had/has something similar to this so it shouldn't be that hard to implement.
