That is only if pony rides were actually possible in space. Considering the expenses needed to make a specially designed space suit and rigging for the horse and the fact the it can't really at all gallop in empty space, you might as well just fly around by yourself.
Personally, I'm not much of a horse person so that may be why I don't see the coolness factor in that. Only time I've been willing to ride a horse was with war re-enactors as part of a Dragoon unit. Besides that, don't care much for anything horse related. MLP Bronies in the youtube comments are overbearing as well.

Now if dragons still existed, I would very much like to have one as a pet. Not sure what breed I'd go for though. . .

No I don't mean like elements, I mean breeds(much like a dogs) like British Grey Widowmaker, Winchester, Chinese Shen Lung or Long Tian.

Hmm.
I wanna fly with one.
So he/she must be fast and be able to carry my weight.
Or it can be a lap dragon.

Out of the reptilian family, I prefer Lamia's, but if were sticking to Dragons, I suppose the Western breed capable of transformation and human dialect. I wouldn't even dream of being able to contain one as a pet. I don't know much about individual myths, but I was under the assumption that most depict dragons being as smart (edit) or smarter than humans.

Most depict dragons as almost a divine being.
and yes, Sanada, Komodo Dragon would technically be a dragon as well as several other reptiles named as dragons. As for vacation, not so much vacation as a forced suspension from work.

I still like the zombie dragon from Disgaea 2... For some reason, atm, I really like the idea of intelligent zombies, the kind capable of living a ordinary (to their species) life. (Maybe because I've been reading a lot of "monster girl people" stories lately.)

From my point of view, I wouldn't see how spitting acid would benefit a dragon, I image the acid would melt the prey before it even gets a chance to eat it.
@bakapink, I image you'd be going for a sort of irradiated person who due to radioactive poisoning is capable of living somewhat normally despite rotting flesh and whatnot.
@Data, the usual unfit mental health. My commander has been worrying about how I've been since I got back from Timor and eventually she got me to see the psychiatrist. Long story short, paperwork was involved and I'm suspended for two weeks.

But fire dragons get it easy.
They got theyr meal barbequed.
All they need is salt and/or sauce.
