I saw this exact concept in the Future Warrior Project back in the 90's but since then the technology sure advanced a lot.

Nice. I remember FMP did a thing like that with the Cornershot rifles.
@Lance, Mechanix gloves, almost all the guys in my company use 'em as well. Very nice to get down and dirty with.

Ugh, Cornershot rifles. An interesting concept but so very ugly/cumbersome lookingTrue but still works better than those angle scopes. Still wouldn't use it though.

Agreed. If you're in a situation where you have to shoot around a corner without exposing yourself, you're better off finding another way around.

It's also promoted with the idea of being able to check past a corner before moving and exposing yourself. Be cheaper to get a snake camera instead.
Back on topic though, what Data's shown is one way military can implement Google glasses/AR technology. But would I use it that way? Certainly better than the current means but I don't peak corners anyway.

Indeed. Though I have no experience when it comes to this, I probably would try to find an alternative.

Both unless you're making the new boat the centerpiece.
By that I mean we need a new boat but you can make something else for the centerpiece.

Well I thinkg angled scope is still way better than those bent barrels for MP40s from WWII.
Someone said a boat? o.O

They did those with Schmeissers?
I knew they did it with the StG that were meant for shooting in trenches. Hard to believe those actually work.

If that's the case I think I'll do both or else we might sell it again.
On that topic,
On that topic,
Several models were made with curves of varying degrees. In many the bullet would break up while traveling through the barrel, making it more of a shotgun than a rifle. Usually the attachment would wear out and become useless after extended use.
