You were not kidding. Tried on normal with Reimu and have been able to get as far as Halo of the Guse Kannon before getting repeatedly destroyed. I can see the pattern and where to go just haven't gotten the motion yet. By god, 160 consecutive deaths on practice mode but I'm not giving up on it.

Though... I didn't get to the fifth stage with 6 lives left (as your assignment wanted me to), but I got there with 5 lives...

Stay below Miko's sprite and move left-right to avoid the sparkly danmakus. Don't spend your energy on anything unnecessary, use it efficiently with as minimum movements as possible.



Are you by any chance, defensive (it's my own definition) type of player ? That kind tends to stay at the farthest position from danmaku source, standby, analyzing the pattern, and move. If yes, then you're just like me. Sometimes, it's better to let your instinct take your conscience. Don't bother to analyze that spellcard, just be offensive and dodge the bullets with your own instinct.

Shou has something that's far worse than Laser of Seventeen Articles. You might want to check it out.

Shou? It depends on the spell and how well I know it but in general I do hang around the bottom of the screen do a bit of quick path-finding so yes. Cleared Laser of Seventeen Articles too. That one just felt like luck but I did notice over 4 or 5 attempts the holes are bigger closer to Miko. That's probably just out of probability though.

Shou was kinda nightmare-ish while her stage doesn't really stand much; but to be fair, UFO's stages are mostly cakes, the bosses are where it's at, in my opinion.

1.Watosato's NitoriCopy(unfortunately it's not the newest one because i missed his circle after realizing he's just 3 tables away from my friend's booth).
2.BlueMage's old releases(guess i don't need to scan it then).
3.Paranoia Cat's Sengoku Alice #1(either i missed his newest one or he just din't make one).
4.Yukiyanagi's Yukarin's Gap.it's released back in december,it's pretty thin so i can easily scan it but if there's already some scans of it,then i'm not gonna do it.

well,i better save up some money again then try again for my first reitaisai now.

Hey guys, I want to join :3

Pictured on my avatar is my favorite one, Fujiwara no Mokou. No other touhou will ever live up to her. Her story is so interesting, she's a person who has been through a lot of pain and as a result she has become incredibly strong in both magical power and mental strength. I also love how in fanon she is depicted as tough and badass, and I have a kink for badass girls.

Now, my first Touhou experience... I discovered it because the admin on the forum where I used to post was really into it at the moment. I googled around and read the Touhou Wiki a little bit to see what that was about. Then, one day I felt like downloading a lot of extremely moe-mongering otaku music, so I downloaded a huge pack of IOSYS albums. I was starting to feel curious about that Touhou thing but at the moment I only had my netbook available and didn't know if the games could run on it, so I decided to wait until I returned to my home and run them on my desktop computer. And from then my love for Touhou started growing up more and more and more, until one day I met over Facebook a friend of a friend who was a big Touhou fan. We became instant friends, and ever since that day I've been gathering a very, very fun circle of otaku friends.

I really hope to have a lot of fun in this club :3
