Waifu Game Poll #2 ------- 2 or 3 Waifu at reclaim.

I am not too sure if this issue has been brought up yet but here it goes.

Waar are you gonna allow the right of reclaiming in advance to the users who have the unfortunate likelihood of not being able to be around during the alloted time for the reclaim week due to official reasons such as moving, travelling, long term college/uni/work commitments? Like what you did for last year's Waifu Game reset.

I second this. Reason: exams.

yep, all those who cant be here in 2 weeks time should pm me their reclaims, I will however not claim for anyone. Exams are not a valid reason, you can find 5 minutes to post the names of who you want to keep.

Hahaha...ok. At least for now I still don't see any reason that will make me absolutely unable to visit the site...

Sorry, I don't understand about the reclaiming in advance part.
Users who don't have time to claim waifus for the upcoming 2 weeks can PM in advance, but they still need to spare some time to post their claim? Doesn't that make the PM unnecessary since in the end you still have to come and post before the week is due? Then what is PMing reclaim good for?

I don't understand what you mean by that. It should be simple to understand but what I'm trying to say is. IF a user is UNABLE to be around during the time given for reclaiming previously claimed Waifus due to official reasons as stated in my post above. He/She can PM Waar anytime before the reclaim week(?) starts in order to assure that he/she gets to keep his/her previously claimed Waifus.

Uh yes I thought so too, that the person who PMed Waar in advance will get his waifus claimed at the reclaiming week (something like reserving claims?) but this part got me confused.


Sorry if I misunderstood Waar's saying, what I got from that is even thought you already have your waifus reclaimed you still need to post for confirmation or something like that? cmiiw

A somewhat bad choice of words on his side, I guess. From what I understood, he will accept PM reclaims for what he considers valid reasons, but exams for example are not considered a valid reason and therefore mibuchiha still needs to reclaim the usual way.

so far the poll shows a pretty big difference for 2... I am still unsure but I think the majority of you want 2 and I understand the rational. I will be willing to entertain anyone's posts supporting 3 at this point but as no way ever really does a good job of making such an appeal I don't know if it will happen.

BTW Reclaim Week start on Saturday October 31st.

edit: no, the wording of my statement is fine, you seem to be missing the different words though, I will reclaim for you if you are not able to but I will not claim for anyone during round 1. I don't believe in the phone it in idea but I do recognise that everyone has events in their lives which forces them to take some time off. Moving, death of a loved one, running a marathon (like any of us would do that lol); I just don't want to hear "waar, I have a lot of homework so I can't log in for five minutes" or "waar, I can't be there for the first day of round one, can you please claim someone for me". If I get something like that I probably wont respond to you.

I chose 2 for the reclaim, so when the 1st round starts again you'll have 3

in the past few minutes ive already received 4 pms... count them 4 pms from people who are not following my rules already... I'm already starting to regret this reclaim.

to clarify, reclaim week start on the 31st, most likely round will 1 begin around the 8th or 9th.

What will I do? Haven't really considered. Should I "punish" those that don't bother to read or would that be insensitive?(not the best judge of sensitivity).

I guess a warning here should do for now, since there were no real rules given for the PM reclaims apart from needing to have a valid reason. Any further idiocy after this point deserves punishment, though.
