I guess, When January 1st hits, it's time to part ways.

I used to be incredibly active here, but how FAKKU has evolved compared from how it started (for better or for worse).... the changes never really clicked for me.

Slowly but surely I changed from being active in the forums and having a few fun, sometimes heated, discussions with other users.... into a lurker, silently checking out new doujins and topics in the forums, even having a few chortles of laughter along the way.

But now that the scanlations, the ones that brought me here in the first place, are being erased, and that the forums of today has lost its spark compared as to what it once were, I don't really see the point of hanging around anymore.

Anyway, just wanted to say that it's been one helluva ride.

7 years of fapping, yet not one moment from those years was wasted :)

Cheers, mates. Once the scanlations have disappeared, I'll probably check in here once every few months / once a year, just to check out how FAKKU is doing :)

To be honest, I think the main issue is that people like the site and community, and EVERYTHING put on Fakku (even the sub only stuff) is on other sites.

So people feel they're basically being forced out of Fakku and onto another site-in other words, they aren't paying for the hentai, they're paying for the site.

(The morality of everything is a moot point).

I can count the number of times I have read hentai here on one hand. Even though people like to not believe me, the truth is that im just here for the forums. There being a subscription for the manga and such really means nothing to me. I wonder if there are others that feel the same

I know the magic transportable electronic gateway to get fakku stuff. I just rather support our local matzo baker attempt to get better shit and the stuff gold gives.

I'm interested in the subscription, but it works like spotify and Netflix. I don't always have the cash to pay for it at the end of the month and have to wait a bit. Why can't these companies (and fakku) go with a pre-pay model like xbox live? Pay for a month and after the month is up, no more service. None of that auto bank withdrawal bs. Hate having to cancel and restart subscriptions.

Because it wouldn't make any fiscal sense. Not every company has a Paul Allen to stuff endless amounts of money up its butt.
So just subscribe and forget, while they drain the bank accounts of stupid peo... Now that system makes sense.

I have read or seen most of the Fakku books up until about last month without a subscription, and I would have been pretty disappointed if I paid monthly for one when the majority of the books weren't really my thing, but then again I was one of the few people whose favorite artists weren't on the Wani list. It's only a 13 dollar fee anyway.

Most of these Books that fakku shoves out in english get shared online any way .. so subbing is pointless

its better to just sell them on paper medium size so we can collect them

and either use kick start or Patreon to keep this web site alive

and then focus on the Top quality / most popular Artist and bring there books /Tankbou /Doujinshi around Uncensored in english

and in some case try getting someone to Color all the Pages

then sell it for more

Harsh as it might sound, but your own finances are something you should always be on top of. Yes, the system makes sense, because if it drains you dry, then it's your own fault for not checking in the first place.

Realistically you can do that. Subscribe, cancel the subscription. You'll get the remaining month, till it's gone, then no more. then rinse and repeat

That and the site wouldn't exist if it didn't go this way due to dmca notice

which isnt to say is a bad thing, but it's ironic as fuck since he started the site on the basis that it would be free and always would be.
