Spain, is Casillas getting weaker? about Netherland.... holy shit dat score
quadruplet made in Van Persie, whadup.
France's team is doing well in its group but I just hate how boring their game is despite having Nasri as the central midfielder.

That's the problem, isn't it? The last Man City game showed that he is 100x better on the wing.

arsenal 1 - 0 Dortmund, half-time now. Quite the surprise since dortmund was dominating 3/4 of first half-time. Great Van Persie ^-^b
EDIT:
1-1 zzz, well can't help it with the goal that made the draw >_>...
Still, one point is already an achievement so let's get back at them home.

[font=verdana][color=green]Good result for Chelsea; solid 2-0 against Bayer. Didn't concede the away goal either, which might count later, so it's good.
Such a shame for Arsenal...if it weren't for the fact that I don't care how they do anymore. They'll barely scrap through their group, let alone do well in the main draw.

meh 1-1 for united. We ran kind of the typical Fergie 4-5-1/4-2-3-1 counterattack cautious euro football. We'll prolly turn on the style for home matches, 1-1 in Portugal isn't a travesty. City....hahaha 1-1 at home to Napoli (although I should give them more credit, they did preform extraordinarily in Serie A last season and gave AC Milan a run for the money most of the year). Mancini still sucks in Europe.

[font=verdana][color=green]1-1 for Man U. Wasn't too bad, but Benefica played a very defensive game which stifled Man U's attacking play, and they only went for counter-attacks. Quite cowardly from Benefica, but with the way Man U have been playing lately, it's no wonder why. Benefica will be the happier team.

Benfica played well but we were awful. Boring formation which led to Rooney helping out the hapless Carrick, Giggs and Fletcher in midfield more than attacking.
Bringing Hernandez on was useless; we needed someone to play the ball around and set up some interplay. But Berbatov cannot get a game right now :(

Neko-chan asked me about this weekend's big match between Manchester United and Chelsea.
For some reason, I suspect Chelsea may win the match. Manchester United's luck may be running out, after steamrolling over their last couple of opponents, apart from Benficia. The same goes for Manchester City. ^_^;;
An interesting method to bet on matches, wouldn't you say?

I'll have to hope that the student bar is showing it... :(
Benfica was a blip due to a change in formation and players, imo. I think this could be the day Torres gets his goal, but with Young and Nani on song I expect a 3-1 rout. Could hinge on Mata's performance v this week's right back, though.
Man City will be looking to impress against an average Fulham side, in order to get back to winning ways. Fulham's best attribute is their defence though; Hangeland and Senderos are stoical. But it's hard to believe that City won't be able to break them down with three of the world's best strikers, and two of the best creative mids.

[font=verdana][color=green]As a Chelsea fan, I'd be happy with a draw, seeing how Man U are playing and the fact that we're playing away.
Be sure to see a lot of gloating if Chelsea do win though, and an absence if Chelsea lose.
