Bolton VS Arsenal...Hmm
:| ...
On a more positive note, I found it awesome that Feyenoord (Miyaichi) won over PSV 3-1 in Eredivisie altough they lost the first game 10-0 lol.

Stuff my prediction. That was the most ludicrously wasteful, character-devoid, spineless debacle of a performance that I have seen since the last time Arsenal did that. :p They would barely have deserved the title as things were but they definitely don't now. I just hope we destroy Chelsea.

Dear Man U,
In this season we destroyed you before; we'll do it again (and again and again).
Love,
Chelsea

Vidic will dispatch Drogba, and 700 minute, 1 goal Torres doesn't much scare us. Enjoy second spot. x

It is all over now. Manchester United have won their record 19th Premier League title, and West Ham have been relegated, which in my opinion is the best thing that could have happened to them. Time to clear out the deadwood and save some money, but plenty of talent to get them straight back up into the league.
A couple of relegation places still to 'play for', though. I hope Birmingham go down to be honest; they play such boring football. Same with Wolves really, although they've improved a bit of late. Blackpool have to stay up. D:

It's really impressive how you managed to write down so much info on almost every big player of the PL. All I'm interrested about is the big 4, mostly Arsenal though.
I giggled
Wilshere[...] he needs to

Shameless self-promotion. Took me ages though. :)If I did not know better, I thought your blog might have been one which is dedicated to football/soccer. :D
On the bright side, I am glad Crystal Palace managed to remain in the Championship, at least for another season. Hmm... I can't remember if I ever told you people that I am a supporter of Palace?

Ahem well I know it's mostly talk about the epl here buuut on a site note unfufufufu~ my favorite team Borussia Dortmund became champion of the German Bundesliga this season XD

That title was really unexpected and almost like a miracle, it's basically as if uhm...Everton would become champion of the epl^^. Haaaa and next season champions league~ I hope my team gets a team from England, that would be quite fun...eventhough Dortmund would mostlikely get raped then :p
Talking about the champions league...so its a Barca vs Man U Final again, I'm pretty curious who will win that one this time.

Manchester United and Barca, I'm totally not a supporter of either of those clubs but god knows how much I wanna see the game.
As for Dortmund, something similar happened here in France's L1, an outsider (LOSC, Eden Hazard) is most likely to get the title (its 3rd since the creation of the league).

I'm actually really pleased that my German team, Hertha BSC, got promoted back up into the Bundesliga. Dortmund winning is great for them, but there have been a couple of outside winners in recent years - Wolfsburg for example - who have then ending up selling all their good players and dropping back down. I hope that doesn't happen to them.
I said it in the other topic, but while I'm a Man Utd supporter, I think Barca will win. Carrick and Park aren't really a match for their midfield. Still, if we get at them and score early, we have a chance.

Bug fix for my own post :p
So Blackpool and Birmingham join West Ham in relegation to the Championship. Such a shame for Blackpool but their defending just hasn't been good enough. The funny thing is that, with the Carling Cup and Fair Play leagues, it looks as if both teams relegated today might be in the Europa League next season. Madness.
What those results also mean is that Charlie Adam, Ben Foster, Scott Parker, Seb Larsson and others will almost certainly be moving this summer. With the transfer window and Champion's League final, it only gets more exciting from here.

Deportivo, Almeria, and Hercules are relegated from la Liga. Zaragoza escaped after jumping Levante (who was also in the relegation battle). Apparently, another Madrid team will be promoted: Rayo Vallecano. So next season: Real Madrid, Atletico Madrid, Getafe and Rayo Vellecano. Hmmm.
As far as the Dortmund thing goes, I believe they are THEE most supported German club in the world, let alone the Bundesliga. They always seems to stay in the top half of the table.

I am heading off to watch the Champions League final at my friend's place and I thought I should log on to make a quick post.
At this moment, the bookmakers have placed Barcelona as the favourites to lift the Champions League trophy. However, with the final being held at Wembley, Manchester United does have home ground advantage. Hopefully, it will be an exciting match.
On a side note, I have placed my bets on a draw at the end of 90 minutes. I expect extra-time or penalties, since there hasn't been any since the knockout round.

I agree with you on the draw, Gambler; I reckon it'll finish 3-1 to Barca, AET. But I just wouldn't want to get my hopes up. I think we have a decent chance if we don't go in for loads of challenges, and we have a go at them. And Carrick doesn't mess up :|
