Based on form, both teams from Manchester appear to be performing well. If they are able to keep it up, they may end up challenging each other for the Premier League title. However, we are still at an early stage of the season to tell what will happen.
At the moment, I am still following the results of my favourite club, Crystal Palace.

Nonetheless they did win their last 3 games, hopefully, if they win their derby then maybe they can finally say they've turned the corner.

Dodgy centre-backs, Welbeck isn't ready, midfield completely dominated. Poor team selection and brilliant City.

Based on my vague memory, I don't think Arsenal has beaten Chelsea in recent meetings... until the earlier 5-3 victory. Some say that Arsenal has become somewhat reliant on Van Persie to deliver the goals...
On another note, the League Cup may not be seen as a major trophy for the big teams, but my favourite club, Crystal Palace, has been drawn to play Manchester United in the quarter-finals. I am hoping Crystal Palace will be able to pull off a shock win! :)

How was that lucky? That's the best England have played in years, organised, committed and great in defence. Neither side created many chances but we leapt on ours when it arrived. Spain were off-key but we were good and deserved the victory.

RIP Gary Speed, one of the greatest players to grace the Premier League and a fine prospect of an international manager. Apparently happy and well yesterday, appearing on TV and dropping his kids off at school with Michael Owen, then seems to have killed himself. He was only 42 years old. Such a horrible, unfathomable shame.
