I've tried Safari, IE, Chrome, FireFox and out of them all I prefer FF. It's features are awesome, though it crashes when it gets up around 798mb. It's hit 1.2gb before. This is something you won't find in Chrome, because it opens up each new tab in a separate process. Not only does this prevent memory leaks(something Firefox is infamous for), but it also means that the browser will never crash due to the amount of RAM usage.

Use firefox since the first time I know Internet so i choose firefox.
well, chrome is good, but I still isn't used to it. So for now, still firefox.

Used to use Firefox for a long while, then Chrome came out.
Between the two I prefer Chrome. Bookmarks are in a handy place and you can just google in the address bar. But I guess what I really found different was the page loading speed. Chrome seems a tad faster.
Although one thing I have noted is that some pages don't really like Chrome and load with missing buttons, so I have to go back to firefox for them.
Overall for me Chrome > Firefox

Since Firefox kinda sucks I say Chrome. It's atleast fast. This user has received -1 reputation for this post.
Even though it's a bit late for me to justify my opinion (did long time not look into this topic):
Speed is pretty important for me, al I need in an browser are the default features + AdBlocker + An native look and feel + Support for current CSS-Features. Both Firefox and Chrome have those, execpt the native look and feel-thingy (native as in KDE4isch for me). Since Firefox is pretty much bloated and takes a shitload of time to load I would prefer Chrome.
PS: I am using neither Chrome nor Firefox.
