Well I asked Yokatta about ordering that RabbitNet cover and haven't heard back. You guys weren't kidding...they are rather slow. I put a special order in through SMJ just in case...and I have a feeling I still probably won't get it. :(

Well I never heard back from Yokatta so I put an order in for that RabbitNet cover through SMJ, and it looks like I got my special order in, but it's pending. So we'll see what happens.

The sale date got pushed back due to technical difficulties I think, so it hasn't opened up yet and apparently will tomorrow at 20:00 JST instead.

Hey Zengar, you have any sample shots of the elusive bondage Marks K-On! Tachibana? I pulled up the shots of yours you posted for me way back when I was considering picking one up, and I think I may have just snagged the bondage version. Assuming Mandarake pulls through and has it in stock, the product image provided (face shot) varies from the facial expression of either you previously posted. It has the same necktie as the spread version, but the eyes are a lot different.

Odd... Yokatta actually gave me tracking number. D: But too be honest, sometimes I kinda wish they just ship it without notifying you, and it just shows up at your door to surprise you. That idea might sound a bit stupid, but I tend to check the tracking number often, which is problem because it makes everything feel much slower.

Speaking of Yokatta tracking, I just received my two covers from them, which I ordered 2 months back or so. I'm pretty happy with one of them, but iffy on the other. I'll get a pic in when I get the chance.

I decided to go ahead and get SMJ to to get 2 copies of the same cover you wanted.
Hope I get it, if not I'll just cry in a corner.

@vietxmikey Yokatta do give tracking numbers, just often it's a day or two.. or three.. after they have actually shipped it. And if you've used EMS it may be at your house by then at times.

Ah, I kinda figured. They're pretty bad about posting samples images as it is, and their limited covers seem to be even harder to find a good sample of (usually it's just me getting lucky and finding someone with an auction that has the certificate in full view.) Anyway, if Mandarake doesn't sell it in store before they get it to me, I have a pretty good feeling that the bondage version is the version I have. Unless the image they used is just a stock image and it's the other Comiket version.

I ordered karory's cover on the Rabbit.net preorder, through SMJ. I put the order in Thursday night and said that the preorder was set to open 6/23 at 8PM. It got delayed and all, but they never sent me an order rejection. They sent me an email saying they had ordered my requested item at about 5AM this morning (the order opened at 4AM for me.) The item I had wanted had sold out at around 4:30AM, but they wouldn't have been able to order it at all if it was registered as out of stock, so here's hoping. It was pretty weird at one point though, as some of the covers had their stock listed as either -1 or -2. My guess is that a lot of people put in an order at the time same and they'll have to end up canceling a successful order or two. :/

The rabbit.net sales are a bit odd. They don't release all the items to sell at once, but instead allow a few more to be sold every few minutes, and as you say, people buying at the same time leads it to display negative numbers temporarily and presumably at the very end when its the real final stock someone does end up being cancelled/rejected.

Interesting. Shame it's so hard to do things by proxy, but now at least I know that SMJ isn't against taking a special order before it starts. No idea if they tried to do it as soon as it opened or not, but they managed to get an order in before everything sold out, so I can't complain. I just got an email from them saying they paid for the order, so I guess I'm set. ^^

Well, I was told the covers I wanted was sold out. Which depresses me. But Oh well.
