Zone of the Enders franchise features a couple of anime OVAs which were ok but the games were too awesome. Super Robot wars too. Don't forget the awesome visual novels like Fate/Stay Night of which the Unlimited Blade Works movie was my favorite.
Edit: And how could i forget Tears To Tiara!?! Loved the game more than the anime but anime was good too.

All of the Fate series and Tsukihime were pretty epic.

A surprising number of eroge make really great non-ero anime.
They Are My Noble Masters will always be a fave.
Valkyrie Chronicles was cool.
It's frustrating they've not a KOF anime of a good Streeet Fighter TV series. The Fatal Fury movie was great though.

I have seen Shuffle! and School Days. Both were kind of sad but based off of galge and eroge respectively.

I saw all of the "Tales of" series ones and liked them, especially Symphonia and Abyss oh and the Vesperia movie.

I can't wait for PERSONA 3!!! :< I believed that they will never make an anime adaption of it and lost hope cause everyone on the internet just keeps telling me that there won't be and just watch Persona 4 but right after the last ep of P4, there was a scene showing HIM and i was just ?!?!?!!?!!?! It'll be out soon around october.
