Personally I love my eggs hard boiled. I don't know why I just love a nice Hard Boiled egg or two that I can eat on the run.

i like my eggs scrambled with some garlic,cheese,tomato and bacon :)
and of course, tamago-yaki (japanese style sweet rolled omelette)

Love eggs. I eat them in any way that's not liquid-y. Hard boiled is my top favorite. You can do so many things with it. You can make an egg sandwich, you can put it in your ramen... You can make chip dip. You can salt it and eat it by itself.

Funny thing we call here in spain "french omelette" (tortilla francesa) because when we had a war, they asked us for food and we kept the pork and gave them beaten eggs with nothing else.
BTW I only like tortilla 8)

I don't eat eggs as much as I used to but when I do eat them I like them to be cooked with potato served with some flour tortillas on the side.
