Like that but um... as I hear it's called 'sunny-side down'. It's called 'he-bao dan' in Chinese. Served with rice. If only I could have that for breakfast more often...

Poached with toast or scrambled with hash browns. Or hard boiled, or sunny side up, or in a drop soup, or... whatever. I love eggs!

have had at least one egg in the morning in some way shape or form for the past 4 years... i liked all of the ways... but if hard pressed for an answer, i would have to say that nothing quite gives eggs an omph like an eggs benedict or an chinese omelet... mmmm...

In order now:
rice --> soy sauce (sometimes maynaisse too) --> HUGE hamburger patty --> 2-4 sunny side up eggs --> LOTS of gravy = LOCO MOCO!!!

The ultimate way to feast on eggs:
Fry sandwiches in butter, fry the eggs (both sides), and fry some bacon and eat it! that's sooooo yummy! unfortunately I've only eaten it once...

I go through different phases where I enjoy my eggs prepared in a particular manner for a spell of time.
I love chwanmushi, egg custard (the sweet dessert type prepared with rock sugar then steamed), love them scrambled, fried as an omelette, sunny-side up, hard-boiled, poached in gravy or even soft-boiled and runny. Eggs are so yummy!!!
