Thanks! Hmm, okay. I'll lighten the background, then. I think you're right, manga usually has a watercolor-ish background.

First off good animations Robo.
Second, I did what SAM said and redid some of the layouts to give them a finished look.




So SAM I really need you to check these layouts and see if they are up to snuff.
Robo you need to outline and color these layouts once SAM has given the go ahead.
Once you have finished outlining and coloring give me the work so I can put in the word text and bubbles(thank you Kuro!)...

Robo I also created a LEGEND for you to use when you color, outline and shade the layouts. You will see other lines within the layouts the legend should be self explanatory with helping you figure out what they represent...

Also remember to shrink the layout to 818x1200 in size.

I will have more redone layouts and new layouts up later...

P.S. You may have noticed in the redone page eleven the characters hair has more lines in it. Be sure to make the other pages like that also so Robo!

I think Robo's look good however his layouts suffer from the same problem mine did before you showed up SAM. So...

As for the layouts, yeah I'm not applying any creativity of my own unless there's something really boring like four square panels in a row.

Your layouts a couple posts above look great. Looks like most of the hard work is done for me, haha.

I'm not sure if I'll have it in me to color as well.

With the work you've put in above, I guess I'm due for submitting a few more pages of lines as well, aren't I?

There's one issue that I absolutely need someone to address, however. Where is the page 3 layout? I can make something up on my own, but I don't want to spend time on it if someone already made it.

That doesn't really answer my question on which layouts that will be used to be finalized and granted Lineart

Oh you do not have to worry Robo. SAM redid the layouts and he already did layout three so we are good. If you do not have it in you to color I can do it.

SAM I figure my lineart might be the final. I just need you or Robo to tell me if it is good enough... I mean you and Robo have other projects going on so do I but I can manage to handle all of this while working on other projects at the same time. The last writing and SAM's last layout should mark the end of this comic. I will begin work on the front and back covers for the layout as well...

UPDATE(kind of): I am still workin on colouring using Robo's color scheme. I have two more pages to draw out along with the front cover which I have done but I do not like the way it came out etcetera...

Overall I have much work to do.






Mind you that I do consider these the final draft however I will touch up the layout when I attempt to colour it. Any feedback would be much appreciated...

Hey everyone! So I haven't seen anyone post anything in a while and I got worried. Unfortunately, I have nothing to share. I just wanted to see how everyone is doing :)

I am doin great! I did yesterday just update this topic but it would have been considered a double post. So I had to type on the last post I did... So are you doin any side projects?

I just looked at them, and i must say that they are very good. The only thing is that in the last panel of the last picture, the girl looks kind of like a ghost lol. Besides that, it's really good. I'm not doing any side projects but just a few little things here and there.

Do tell...Do tell. Well just a small update on the overall colour style. It is not much but should give an overall idea on what needs to be done. As for backgrounds I am taking what I have and plan to give it a surrealist twist.

so, i tried doing some of the pages. then i got confused as to where the characters were situated in the hallway. so got frustrated on trying to work the layout and stopped on page 4

they''re not that much different than before. i didnt upload page 4 because there wasnt much going for it




ok, first up. where are the characters situated in the hallway to fix this minor problem
also, what the stair case looks like. as in are there windows

they are situated near the end of the hallway, and there is a door on their left at around 3 meters away and that door leads to the staircase. The staircase goes straight down and there is an average plot of space there, that is the size of a small kitchen. Now that you mention it, I think windows would be a really great idea! He could do her against the window, and it would be overlooking the field outside. They would be on the 3rd floor.

I have been gone for about a minute. I have been training and playing ALOT of Max Anarchy (man that game is addictive for a demo). I will get right on with what SAM has provided and krakis has explained... In the meantime look at this!
