Of course not. For me, an H-manga's comedy should come from dialogue, outrageous actions and facial expressions, not from cartoony character design. I don't want to see Penny Arcade characters boning!

I feel that not only did the backgrounds come out crappy this time but also the overall sketch... I need not mention the typos.

P.S. I tried to mixed what Freaky, SAM, and MrCantStopTheRobot did so far as character concepts go.

I'm going to go ahead and assume that Scarlet Plum is our final choice for Scarlett's color scheme. We have two votes for Scarlet and no votes for any other scheme. Therefore, I will post her final guides tomorrow evening at the latest.

After I've posted Scarlett's guides, I'll take a day or two break from this project, and await orders. I'll let you guys know what I start working on if nobody assigns me anything during/after my break.

I've gotta get working on this. Sorry to be so slow guys but i'm having a lot of issues. When I get some stuff done i'll be posting it. Otherwise i'll be pretty scarce for a while.

But anyway, we're still on character concept? We should really start concentrating on the story and what would be the final layout.
The characters are more or less ironed out but i feel the story needs to go through a revision.

How about this: a guy is at his locker getting his stuff and all of a sudden, a girl comes to her's but she is sobbing, so the guy tries to console her. Her boyfriend just broke up with her, she's feeling vulnerable and seeing how nice the guy is being to her, she decides to reward him. At first, the guy is resistant and doesn't want to take advantage of her, but eventually goes with it. As they're doing it, the girl's best friend finds her in the middle of it after looking for her. The girl asks her best friend to join in so it could help her forget her troubles. Being such a good friend, she decides to do it and help out. They do it in the school staircase,finish drenched in cum and sweat and in a great mood. As an extra, we could maybe add them almost getting caught or something like that

In the original idea the Scarlet's best-friend joins in, I'm think we should remove that part out and rework what we have now and have a possible part two in the making with the best friend threesome somehow. If we left it in it feels like we're dragging it out. Also if we plan for a part two we can have a bit more character development than what we have so far.

As for the art, I'm very confused as of who's art will be used for the final product. From what i thought we were going to use Freakychan's art mostly on the part that this was her overall project.

Overall I think we should give out rolls as to who's doing what so it wont be so confusing.

For the story, I think removing the best friend for this one would be a good idea since it would make it easier to focus on this one like you said. If all goes well, we'll make a part two.

Yeah Sam, I was thinking I'd be final-pass guy. I was going to start making clean versions of the layouts that you and Fox made. If you're on that, though, I can just be final pass dude and make sure the style stays consistent. I was talking about this with Freaky and she was okay with it, anyways.

I agree with removing the best friend. I'm working on the drawings. Going for second page now, passing first page to Robot.

I sucked so hard at the backgrounds so I just sort of drew in the people and hopefully robot can fix my failures up enough for it to look good. XD Here's page two, and i'll toss the PSD at robot when he gets online.

I saw your question about color, SAM. I was thinking color would be nice. I'll even do all the coloring, if necessary.

Freaky fell off the radar the past two days, but I'll assume she's got page 3 in hand. Nobody else has posted anything new, so I'm going to go ahead and draw pages 4, 5, and 6. I'll have them all done by Tuesday, maybe sooner. Working in chunks of 3 pages might be nice.

I'm unsure but it sort of seems weird to have two different art styles for the lineart. If you'd rather do that I wouldn't mind coloring the pages. Or if you'd rather I can do the lineart, and you can color. I just wonder if the inconsistency of the lineart would bother people.

I would've been content with just that but I'm just taking on more responsibility to get this done faster.

and you as the final guy i dont get it. are you trying to be the overall editor? if you are, you're doing a bad job at it.
or are you going to be the guy who going to give the green light when this is finished?

Here's the next part of the story, Opinions? Il rework it when Im done writing the whole thing. Also, I agree with SAM about the fact that Mrcantstoptherobot's Jean is creepy because he looks to old. I think Freaky should do the drawings and Mrcantstoptherobot should check them.

@krakis looks fine, as long as it matches up with the layouts.

Doing the final pass just means taking the art from a bunch of people and bringing them closer together. I assumed Freaky and you guys would work together to edit and make lineart.

However, Freaky and the others are mostly AFK, and you haven't added any new stuff in the past few days, either, so I just started producing clean versions of the roughs by you, Freaky and Fox, just to get something done. I was talking to Freaky a few days ago and she said she'll be happy just doing color, so I've inherited lineart duty from her, I suppose. She seems to have lost some interest in her own project for some reason.

If my Jean looks creepy, it's because I took a cue from the description of him as a shy guy, and tried to emphasize him looking a bit off.

IMPORTANT EDIT:
It seems Freaky is leaving the project. I don't know if she'll even post about her departure, because her situation demands her full attention. If you want to know the details, ask her, but I doubt she'll say anything. This is all I can say about it.

If y'all want to continue, sound off, and we'll continue. Otherwise show's over.

The transition between 5 and 6 was really jarring, so I altered it to be smoother.

Not that it matters anymore, but when Freaky was still onboard, she liked the change, anyway.

I'd like to stick up for this alteration because I think it help the flow a lot better, and also, I have a personal peev against guys bemoaning the fate of nice guys for a couple RL reasons.

Is that alteration alright with you? Of course I'll run any other suggestions by you first.
