Organ Donor?

After I die I don't really care what happens to this vessel, so I don't mind if they take my organs or cook it up or whatever. That said, I'm not really keen to go out of my way and go through all the hassle of registering (especially here, organ donating is quite the taboo) so I would need some push and/or more freedom.
