Curious and Wondering
I still can't figure out how to snap with my fingers using one hand only, even though my friends tried so many times to teach me.
I attended an acoustic (guitars-only) concert a few months back, and the people all around me snapped their fingers to the rhythm of an Eric Clapton song, and I felt embarrassed because I'm the only one who's not snapping.

Believe in the power of your fingers. You'll learn it someday :)

I cannot bake cookies. I can bake or cook anything else, just not cookies...I cannot even do the right out of the package and put in the oven cookies. It's ridiculous.
I'm sorry. That just made me chuckle~! No offense. I can cook and bake quite well. My friends tease me that I'm practically the perfect housewife. Cooking, baking, cleaning, arts and crafts, organizing, home decorating, etc..... I love all that stuff. Except there's one thing I absolutely cannot do which is stop procrastinating. My worst habit ever!
And you'd think it'd be easy to do.

I'm only just now in the process of learning how to cook. I just never bothered. My dad is an excellent cook, but he never tried to force me to learn and I never had an interest growing up. I'm not terribly interested now, but I kind of don't want eat fast food the rest of my life if I'm by myself. :P

In my senior year of High School I did 1+1=0 on a Calc 2 test.
I once failed at making Ramen noodles in the microwave, I forgot to put water in with them and they burnt up and the microwave smelled like burned food for a long time...

I can't say my own last name properly and, as I found out today, can't say the word "uncut" properly either.

I cant find shit. I'll be looking in the fridge for something and the stupid thing will be right in front of me. I'll be looking for my pencil I had 3 mins ago to realize I put it in my pocket 5 hours later. I'll try to find that stupid GBA Cartridge and fail. I'm incapable at finding things in the most obvious places when I want them. I fail at math also, all my friends make jokes about it (I'm 1/2 asian and bad at math but good at history and english -_-)

Spoiler:
Spoiler:
+ I can't float, i could make myself the size of an airballoon but i STILL can't float, it's just not physically possible to me.
Also, there is no way i could ever succeed at standing on a skateboard. I just drop right away even though all other balance thingies go just fine.

You have any seemingly, or at least to other people, simple tasks that you cannot seem to do?I for one can't do math in my head. I can do basic addition, subtraction, multiplication and division, but only simple equations in my head; and forget asking me to figure out percents in my head.
I was reminded of this today in embarrassment. I had a friend over and we were playing LIFE and I couldn't count all of the money and keep it track in my head without writing it down. Luckily my friend knew of this before hand from a few years ago and just grabbed my money too and counted it, but it was still very embarrassing.
I'm not bad a math, per say (except like Calculus) but I just can't do simple problems in my head. I have to use pencil and paper or calculator for seemingly easy equations. It was always very embarrassing in my Algebra 2 class in high school. My teacher always wanted us to do partner math races, and I couldn't do them. Most of the time I was partnered with sympathetic people or people who were not very good at Algebra to begin with, but I had a few nasty experiences as a result.
I understand this very well, and I'm pretty decent at math as well, I earned a B in trig and pre cal, so I guess that would say I'm above average?
But I hate when I'm at work, and a customer hands me a 20 for something small and then they go 'oh here, never mind here's 9.20' it just totally throws me for a loop. I think what it is, is the fact there's a person standing in front of me expecting me to know automatically how much the change will be. What pisses me off even more, is when I'm counting in my head, when the customers start naming off numbers verbally out loud (I feel like they do this on purpose to see if you give them too much change). I usually just am quite frank with them and tell them to let me count it real quick to myself to make sure I don't short them. (Or give them too much)
Though sometimes I just can't, and it's quite embarrassing. I'll then pretend I need to do a post void and rering them so my register names off the correct amount of change at the end of the night and then put in the dollar amount they decided to do afterwords D;
Another simple task - I can't whistle.
