I gotta have a fan on, even if it is cold outside. I'm used to the noise it makes. Other than that I tend to tuck myself in while I'm laying down.

I'm usually cold when I go to bed, so I start by trying to warm up by rolling in the sheets, and fall asleep withing 10 seconds usually.

I have to have a fan blowing. I don't care if the air conditioner is set to 70 degrees - I need a fan blowing ):I'm the same. In fact, I have the air on right now, and my fan is still on. The sound of it to relaxes me, I guess, since I don't like the sound of still silence too much. Especially not when I'm going to sleep.
My fan is usually always on; the only time I turn it off is if I leave the house, otherwise, it stays on; even if I'm not in my room--I'm in the house, it's on.
Oh, I also always need my blanket on me. Even if it's hot, I have to at least be touching my blanket, whether that means a foot, or completely over me.

Toss my cell phone on charge (This is new for me, never had one before, didn't have a use for it.) If it's not plugged in, I will plug it in before I go to sleep. Period. It's not charging, I'm not sleeping.
Turn the fan on. (Same as you Ms. Zig.) And the Air Conditioner if it's hot like today.
That's about it. I have my window completely covered so it's pitch black even in the middle of the day. Which is good cause I work thirds and sleep during the day every day.

I need a fan to go to sleep. The sound is clamming. I also sleep on my couch when it gets really hot. Its a lot cooler than my room. Oh, and I take sleeping pills a half hour before bed.

I almost always get a glass of water or juice right before going to sleep so I can have it next to my bed to sip on in case I happen to wake up thirsty, and I often watch a movie for a few minutes as I lie in bed before I try falling asleep. Helps me to unwind and relax so I can fall asleep.
Oh, and I always have a fan running, or at least my windows shut. I don't like the silence plus do to my work shift, I sleep during the afternoon when there is a lot of hussle and bussle outside that I'd rather not have to listen to.

I always drink a glass of cold milk before I go to sleep. Kind of a habit I had since I was a kid. Then I change to a comfortable pair of sleeveless shirt and boxers, and to bed I go.
I always want my room totally dark before I sleep. Even just a ray of moonlight out of my bedroom window annoys me, so I tend to put up dark curtains on my bedroom windows (which my mom ALWAYS remove at weekends). I keep my room as dark as possible, no glow-in-the-dark items, no flashing LEDs, no anything that emits flashes of light.
Then I sleep.

I sleep on my stomach, I helps prevent snoring. Then when I wake up, I lie on my side until I get tired enough then I go back to lying on my front then I fall back asleep. I dont tend to move around much. Other then my blanket coming off.

I usually either read or listen to music if I'm by myself. If I'm with my boyfriend, pillow talk and snuggling always gets me sleepy.

I don't need to do anything before I fall asleep. Some people need the white noise, but it makes it harder for me to fall asleep. I can fall asleep anywhere if I'm tired or want to. The only thing that ever keeps me up is if I have something on my mind that's really bothering me, otherwise it's really easy for me to sleep.
I guess my snoring could be considered a sleeping habit. I snore like a 500 lb lumberjack man. D:

                        Not really.
Well, I do always ventilate my room before sleep (open the windows, turn on the fans, AC, that sort of the thing) so that it would be a bit cold, since I sleep better that way.
I also take a sip of water and turn off most of my electrical devices (i.e pulling out the plug unless it's for charging etc.)
Other than that no. I just find comfortable position on my pillows and go to sleep.

I umm...If I dont feel tired I usually fall asleep whenever as long as I dont think about it. If Im paranoid I cant sleep in hours sometimes its the next day if I feel its alright since its a weekend. Before I wouldnt care how I slept but now I see myself paranoid too much (because of that fucken movie paranormal activity) and now I need a light or t.v. to sleep. ;x;. Im gonna try to break this and be like before. DX Stupid scary movies.....T_T.

am i seriously the only one who can lucid dream around here? i usually think of what i want to dream and sooner or later i'm asleep and dreaming.

I usually listen to some music. If I feel that I can't go to sleep I will usually read a book. Reading at night tires out my eyes and I start to feel sleepy.
Lucky. If I could do that, I would have many megalomaniac dreams.
