Sleeping Habits

                        Bowl of ice cream.  Brush teeth. Quick shower. (I sleep better after a hot shower.) Lay down, fall asleep.
Fan in my room runs 24/7. Don't know why but if is not on I will wake up in a couple of hours Then it is hell getting back to sleep even with the fan turned on again

                        i can only  fall asleep while the suns still out the light/heat just makes me pass out for some reason my body just doesn't fall asleep when the moon's out and before i sleep i must have some kind of song playing to calm me

                        It varies a lot for me, sometimes I just have to get on Facebook that one last time, sometimes I can't go to bed without music, sometimes it's TV, it just depends but I usually can't just decide to go to sleep all at once, I have to lead into it lol.

                        I have a hard time sleeping at night. I think I messed up my biological timer after so many times staying awake. A sleeping habit is really hard to break =/ Usually, I surf the web, draw or read manga, all while listening to music.

                        place any paper or notebook on top of the table or on the floor before sleeping so I wont forget it when I wake up. ._.

                        I have to crack my back: twist my hips to the left, then to the right. Then I arrange my two pillows around me, pull up my covers, and let the z's take over from there.
I guess I grind my teeth in my sleep too... I've been told it's been getting better though.

                        First of all go to the bathroom and brush my teeth then I make sure im empty (Not a drop of piss left in my body) Wash my hands and get all uptight by arranging the towel back on the rack so that its folded symetrically ETC ETC. 
I go back into my bedroom and check the curtains so that no light'll come through, Thats my excuse for checking them even though I have absolutely no problem sleeping in a sun drenched room. (Im just being a pain in the ass for myself TBH)
I check the door to my room and do this really strange thing I press the door 5 or 8 times to make sure its shut (Just a routine I go through) I switch off the lights and get into bed... I get out of bed, Turn back on the lights and bend sideways to crick my back then I crick my neck and my arms (It seems to relax my body) While im up I reason to myself that I may as well go to the bathroom again because im sure I can squeeze out a few remaining drops.
I go to the bathroom and I stay their untill im satisfied (Reading books) Wash hands, Arrange towel back on the rack and go back to my room.
Look around every corner of the room expecting to see some sort of Ninja or something has snuck in since I left. Its clear the room is safe, Shut the door, Lights out and then I go to sleep content that im not gonna be murdered in my sleep.
Throw the second pillow down the side of the bed (Dont know why I bother putting a ssecond one there I only use one anyway) and then I go to sleep. Good Night! :) ZzZzZzZzZz~

                        -Fans on, because even though we have air conditioning, the room I have absorbs all of the heat and sunlight throughout the day, which sucks.
-I can't have music, the T.V., or the computer on or else I can't go to sleep.
-I always wake up 30 or so minutes before my alarm goes off.
-I wake up at odd times in the night, paranoid, and don't fall asleep until like 1-2 hours later.
-I toss and turn while asleep.
-I mutter things while sleeping.

                        Check my covers and pillows for spiders, then as I'm trying to fall to sleep I talk to my self in my head or pretend to talk to a fictional character till I fall to sleep.
