Sleeping Habits

I'm not sure if it's a habit, but every night I start to think about stuff after turning of the PC and TV.

i have to shower, cuz im a germaphobe like that, and i have to fap. its hard to sleep on top of a boner.

i fap before sleep for easier snoozing and better dreams

I'm bad with navigating in the dark, so I always turn on my bed lamp first then go turn off the lights then lay in bed then turn off my bed lamp.

SMOKE A FUCKIN BOWL

AND THATS A FEW HOURS BEFORE SLEEPING

I SLEEP WHEN MY HIGH IS DYING DOWN AND I CRAVE MORE BECAUSE IM FUCKIN ADDICTED

I hug my pillow and fall asleep.

Stay up late on the computer for whatever reason. 3/4 of the time for fapping purposes. Other 1/4 for school or miscellaneous. Weekends I'll just play TOS till like 2.

Lights off, electric fan on, bed and pillow ready and dive in.
