Exhibit A: Gado-gado.
Oh, one of my favorite foods.
For me, it's "Tutut".
Spoiler:
Kind of disgusting, and I didn't find what's good with it at my very first try. Well, maybe that's just me.

Frog Leg (Awsome)
Just the way its prepaird
to kill the frog whack it as hard as you can against a hard surface (crack and snap)
then cut just above the pelvic bone
then gab the inside of pelvic bone and grab skin and peal off
the deep fry and enjoy

My most recent culinary venture involved the century egg, and while the inside of it looks absolutely foul (seriously), it actually tastes quite delicious (especially in soups or mixed with cold shiritaki noodles, a bit of oyster / soy sauce and some toasted sesame seeds).

Oh I loved eating escargot! I had to get my hands messy though to pry off the body from the shell (the escargot were served in a soup).
I ate the escargot with another dish of err pork or maybe chicken innards - bitter deliciousness!!!
Because of my medical condition which I found out later on, I am now advised to be careful of what and how much I eat. :/
...
Wow, I didn't even remember I started a thread about food until now.

Usually jellyfish comes tossed with some vinaigrette, so it usually ends up taste a lot like the vinaigrette.
It's cold, chewy, jelly-ish of course, and I often find a bit sinew-y.

Chewy? Cuttlefish sushi comes to mind - it's really hard to eat those things

Sounds like none had a taste of a Durian before, eh?
First time I tried, I puked because of the smell, a year later, I loved its taste.
