Black pudding is actually pretty disgusting once you know what it is. Fried pigs blood and fat. Yet, it's a staple part of a Full English; eggs, bacon, toast, black pudding and mushrooms. The classic heart-attack on a plate.
People also whince when I mention Lamb hearts, but they've never tried it. They taste absolutely heavenly

No thanks I'd like to eat on the safe side of the world... But anyway I've tried drunken shrimp. God those things were moving in my mouth damn near threw up in the goddamn restaurant

Strangest: I had an ex who was determined to try everything the world has to offer. He told me of this.. asian delicacy of sorts.. involving living fish. Tiny, living fish. That you apparently just... eat. The thought is truly revolting. At least be merciful enough to kill it quickly before serving it!
