The 5-Second Rule

I voted that I dont follow the 5 second rule because I consider that to be an excuse for eating something that has fallen on the floor/table. I will eat food that has fallen off my plate and onto the table depending on how good it is.

I follow the 5-second rule. i can care less if my dry food falls on the floor in my own house. but if any of my food falls to the ground anywhere alts i wold just leave it where it stands.

Like most people have said, if the place I dropped it is reasonably clean, then yes.

I pride myself in keeping my apartment clean enough to eat from the floor. So long as we are not talking days I dont care if I drop something.
