Torrents or Direct downloads?

It depends on what I'm trying to find. Sometimes I can only find torrents for certain things, and other times I can only find direct downloads for certain things. I mostly try to use torrents though, it's easier and faster (for me anyway).

I prefer direct downloads, but when it comes to movies and big files i usely use torrent

Torrents are also absurdly slow for less popular stuff.

Torrents - they are just on a different level in regards to speed and ease of use.

I usually change my torrents to dirrect links using " http://torrific.com/ ". You need to join in first. Don't worry, it's free. The only downside is that you need to wait for a while, sometimes a day or more.

Resumable = yosse. I guess some FTPs support paused downloads and are generally faster than torrents, but those are a bitch to find so I just use torrents.

It depends on the seeders. Its a pain in the ass to download torrents if there are little or no seeders. Personally I prefer direct downloads because I usually download only single and not a group of files.

It all depends on the size of what I am trying to download. If they are videos, sometimes I'll use both. For games that range in the Gigabytes, definitely torrents unless they have very few seeders.

Personally I prefer torrents because it is less work, just one click and leave the computer overnight and it's done. But direct downloads are more stable because the torrent can die, so it really depends on the situation.

Both are fine. Torrents are easier to use generally but with tools like JDownloader direct downloads are really easy, too.

Combination of both.

Torrents, because I can set its download limit and priorities. Seeders are the only issue.
