uniforms would be annoying to wear in school....luckily i never had to wear them (public school SUCKS btw)
however i find myself questioning this logic since most of the cosplay I've seen revolves around them

I vote them as useless. I wore uniforms till I graduated from high school and all they were was useless, expensive and good at getting you in trouble if you didn't wear them right. But yea I do think that in some cases they can look good. But definitely not in my case.

School uniforms were just pain in the ass..
especially that I lived In a Country that has so many rules to obeyed..
long uniform pants, white socks, white plain shirts, short hair...
I'll be happy if there's no uniform anymore..

Well, in my country its pretty standard for each school to have its own uniform, except for public schools which all have the same uniform.
Maybe its because I wore uniforms since I was small, but I dont see the problem with them. But yeah, I hated having to tuck my shirt in, to the point that I was often reprimanded two and three times in a day for not doing so, and once actually almost expelled because of it.

                        I hate uniforms.
Why? Because it was always very hard for me to find a way to look nice in uniforms. And they just looked so ugly on me, so naturally I couldn't stand them. And if I'm a freshmen in high school, why would I want the seniors to be able to pick me out by my colored shirt for my uniform/grade? They'd rampage me everyday if there was a uniform policy AT my high school. But yes! I hate uniforms

i like the idea actuly. sure it wastes some money but i find satisfaction by seeing the prepy bitches not being able to rub there welth in everyones faces by the clothes they wear.
I.E. i rember a girl who transferd to my school from phoneix in senior year whom i overheard talking multiple times on how much her outfit costs, not once did i hear a number less then four digits. not to mention she never wore the same outfit twice that entire year.

This pretty much, i pretty much wore whatever everyday anyways so all it would mean is i wouldn't have to play "What am i going to find in my pile of clothes today?" everyday.

From what I have seen, mostly people want uniforms because of the look of class that accompanies uniforms along with the reduced hassle of not having to pick something out every morning, the feeling of unity it brings, and girls in skirts the general desire to cos-play. But not being able to accessorize the uniform or cut loose is an extreme deterrent.
So, perhaps the solution would be to wear uniforms on formal occasions and special events. Not every school day. But this is only my thoughts on the matter.

I'm not the kind of guy who cares what they wear to school/work/whatever, so for me, a school uniform would actually be rather liberating, saving me the time in the morning thinking what I need to wear. As long as there are summer/winter versions, i'm good d(^_^)b

I think school uniforms are fine. It saves you money and people can't judge you by the way you are dressed.

uniforms are good they are there for safety reasons like being easily spotted & you will know where they are from & it is a pride of the school from then to identify students in elementary & high school
Plus some of then are really good to wear stylish ^^

I've never wore a school uniform before. Haven't seen one IRL either (like in front of my eyes, not on tv or w/e).

I'm okay with uniforms, really. Less hassle in the mornings. Just insert your hand inside the closet and pull whatever's in there. Not unlike in college where there's too much freedom.
Thinking back, I would've enjoyed uniforms more if we wore different styles for each season, like winter, summer and fall or spring like in Japan. Living in a tropical country is bothersome since there's only two climates. Meh.

I think this is just another thread for weeaboos to express their interest in seifukus. Also, you must be hella lazy if you can't pick to what to wear in the mornings. I think the grass just always seems greener on the otherside, uniforms aren't as glamorous or as easy as you make them out to be. Though, let it be known there is nothing wrong with wanting to a fuck a girl in kneesocks.

I had to wear one in High School. Trust me, it looks all cool in anime and what have you, but it sucks in reality. Every day you wear the same thing, no character at all; you can't express yourself the way you want to.
