Constant breakdowns and lack of variety in their riffs and transitional styles make this band boring (to me). Not to mention I don't like screamo in the first place >__>

Im not into any emo subgenre at all... I like death/black/power/progressive/etc metal.

screamo is alright, i prefer to understand what their screaming/saying so bands that scream/talk with a really deep voice that sorta feels like somebody is groaning in pain right in your ear is out of the question.

BMTH is alright i like maybe 2 or 3 of their songs
A Skylit Drive is ridiculous but nonetheless i still listen to them every now and again.
I listen to The Devil Wears Prada, Cradle of Filth (dunno if you'd consider them metal or screamo), and Heavy Heavy Low Low.

I didn't vote on your poll because I don't "epic" like screamo nor do i "epic" hate it, but I do listen to it on a daily basis and enjoy it thoroughly lol

Screamo is going to die eventually because it's too wussy for the metalheads and too aggressive for the emos. That's what Rolling Stone said, anyway.

I'll stay in the middle cuz i don't really like em but some are quite good.

I usually don't listen to screamo because it's usually just plain horrible.
But sometimes you come across a good band which incorporates some other influences, in which it turns out pretty well.

Never been a fan. Too much, well, bitching. Complaining about dumb shit. really that's what rap is all about, and one of the things I like about my metal, is the lack of that whinning. Also, really, they look kinda gay.

Unless it's Brokencyde. Screamo rap about going to clubs, getting bitches drunk and fucking them is hilarious and bearable.

I need to be able to actually comprehend the lyrics to enjoy music lol.

I enjoy most genres of music, but generally screamo isn't one of them.
I find that vocal melody is very important in music, and screaming constantly with no singing is very bland. And half the time it feels almost as if the screaming is a cheap way out of writing a vocal melody, and requires far less skill.
Plus, almost all screaming sounds generic and the same, and usually the music doesn't compensate either.
However, I find that there are exceptions; usually bands that don't have that generic screaming sound, and use a more honest screaming sound with more emotion behind it.
But for the most part, I don't like it ^_^

I personally think screamo sounds terrible. But, since I know so many people who like it, it's hard to say it's just plain awful sound.

I don't understand why some people like it, if I walked up to them and screamed in their ear they wouldn't praise me, I'd most likely get a punch in the face.

Coincidentally I wouldn't mind hitting on these Screamo musicians myself.
