As long as the kid can hold his/her own mug then he/she can drink. But seriously its 18 but for what I'm seeing here its not being implemented well.

I believe it's 18 in the UK...but it's kinda confusing, I think we're allowed to drink it at any age?
But we're not allowed to buy it till we're 18... but Adults can't give it to under-age people with the intention of getting drunk...to be honest I simply do not know how my country runs, when I was under 18 me and my friends kinda didn't know the drinking law or ignored it and just went out and had fun.
But in the US it's 21? I don't think I could wait that long till I could just buy it for myself... I mean being 20 and getting your parents to still get it for you would kind of be embarrassing, I'm just rambling now so I'm gonna go and look up the law.

Ya I could not wait that long I'm glad I only had to wait til I was 19 to drink.

My old country it was 0, stores sell beer to 7 year old kids and I think they can drink openly on the streets... I mean whos to stop them.
