That's a cool site. Thanks for the link. It's funny, and it made me think of something I hadn't before now - music. I'd like to avoid any copyrighted material, in case I decide to sell it to more than just friends, and I don't think I have any friends who could make good music for the sex scenes.

I always thought that paid sex was prostitution and that the actors in the porn films aren't being paid to have sex they're being paid a portion of the profit of the movies income that it has made from the sales. So it's not so much paid for sex as it is paid for "work".

That's only if Shaggy is going to be in the film. If he decides not to and has a friend do it he can pay both the friend and the girl to have sex with each other. That is not prostitution. Sense it's not paying one side of the party to do something it's paying both. It's consensual.

Also shaggy it would be a very good idea for you to write up contracts for everyone that will be involved. The contracts will keep you safe from any legal ramifications that one of the parties involved in the making of the movie try to do or a third party such as parents, siblings, friends etc. Don't forget to mention in said contracts that testing was done on a specific date prior to the filming of the movie and the date of the movie was agreed upon and anything that happens between the date of the testings and results of the testings and the filming is not a responsibility of you and they are not allowed to take any action against you sense it was agreed upon.

Thanks for the offer, but I was planning to write the script myself, once I figured out how many people would be involved. Still, if you really want to write something, here's a basic idea:

Hentai-Man, the man who loves hentai and shares it with the world, one day decides to conquer the world of real women. He bribes boyfriends with hentai, getting them hooked and unable to stop watching, and then fucks their bored girlfriends, who aren't getting any sex from their boyfriends.

Not sure how I'd want it to end. Maybe the boyfriends gang up on Hentai-Man, and he runs away, laughing because the women will never again be satisfied by the normal men, since Hentai-Man used his crazy hentai tricks on them?

also in regards to the contract you would need a notary present to make it legit, you can't sign something in someone's basement with just the 3-4 of you.

no it simply means amateur porn that is sold could be contested by the pornstars as they didn't sing contracts, so they could possibly claim a portion of the profit the movie made... I'm simply saying porn that is meant to be sold needs official legal stuff that isnt even being considered.
