20 years or suicide?
Which option would you choose?

C, it'll be extremely hard living in the future without knowing anything for 20 years if i survive room A, and i just don't want to kill myself, that's wht i choose the unknown one, C.

Honestly I'd choose A if could get a freaking work out. You'd probably die from heart disease before you go insane. You can't really run around in a circle. I'd need some sort of way to burn off the calories of the food I'm getting.
I've been suicidal since I was in the 2nd grade. B would be an easy choice.
I'd probably get bored after 20 minutes during C and just go to B. XD

Bear 20 years of exile then return back. It's better than meeting your maker. So...
ROOM A! ROOM A! The only room that gives your materialistic desires (maybe limited) + clone of people or whoever you like. Too bad it only has a short lifespan. ^^

Room A, i want to live, and i could get clones and fuck their brains out, then go to my state of the art game systems an make all the high scores. Then request xbox live, pwn some bks and the 20 years would be over.

I would choose to just wait and see what would happen, and if they physically forced me to choose, I would go with room B, since (even though I am far from being a social person) I believe 20 years without human contact would be like hell and drive me insane.

Room A! I'd ask for an electric guitar, and a computer with Fl studio, and a keyboard, I'd make ambient music, and completely master the guitar, And in 20 years, society won't have changed THAT much, I mean, people will still talk english, and if there was a war, I'd have missed it! (tihnk about it, people spoke the exact same language in the 90's as they do now), then I'd ask for a cat (it's not HUMAN interaction, right?), later on, I'd probably teach myself japanese, german, and probably chinese. And I'd learn martial arts and work out like hell. Becoming some kind of Superhuman who is incredibly smart and strong. Now, which clone to pick...Hmm...

First off, then I dont really see how you can actually get smarter, that is normally an attibute you are born with. And second, then you have 240 chances to pick a clone, so I dont think you have to worry much about which one to pick :D

For option A: Room A sounds very tempting, a really pampered-life with everything you need besides communications; and I got 20 years to do anything I want like mastering a game, guitar skill, language skill. Moreover I get to have a clone of anyone I wish though it just like a mannequin or mindless zombie, not to mention that I'm a loner by nature so being alone suits me.
However, the problem for me lying in: no internet, because internet could be considered as one form of communication method; oh hell, how can I live without showing my e-penis to world. And skill I mastered are pretty much useless since I got no one to impress with it in about 20 years, as much as loner I am, I think we somehow still need even little bit of social things (like impress people with your skills as I mentioned before) well maybe requesting a pet is a nice idea, just like will smith and his dog in I Am Legend lol.
For option B: Room B, what? Only one bullet? That's too cheap bro. In serious note they doing it wrong, since I'm a coward; there's no way I could shot myself with that (except they tempt me with something or)
For option C: I guess it's pretty much my choice, besides there's no one knows what exactly will happen after 2 hours passed didn't it? let see whatever happens after 2 hours then. If they kill me after 2 hours then good I wouldn't have to bother myself with suicide.

Easily, 20 years. At least game creators can communicate at me through games especially with online games, I can ask, how's it goin there in life? And they will give me special attention since I'm a don't know what to be called guy.

You're going to be 38 years old at the least (if you're obeying Fakku rules) which means you don't have much life left to live either. If we go by the average age of death for the US it would be another 30 years or so before you die. Don't forget also that the final moments of your life are also the least productive, so you probably only have a good 15 years to be something.
Also, technology moves at a scary pace. The internet was invented and look at how much the culture in the world has changed in the last 20 years. You won't be able to land a job either considering the fact that you have no knowledge about how the world works and the new technologies for sure will ensure that you're obsolete.
BTW that's more shit to think about for those who choose room A.

They'd be a REEAALLYY productive 30 years. Plus, Aze would get a job as rockstar, since aze MASTERED the guitar. Music is never obsolete.

I think Rin_Penelope just found the single most important reason I could not choose option A: the Internet, I pretty much cant go more than half a day before I HAVE to check something one the internet... I am seriously addicted :)

At first I thought Room A would be the best choice, but then I thought a bit more about it.
So because I'm a Person who likes to be alone I think being alone would be the minor Problem for me. But having nothing to communicate or to hold track of whats going on in the World can be really problematic. As I said I like to be alone and don't need to interact with people but I like to communicate over the Internet so without the Internet it can get very boring in there.
And, like others already have said, when you'll be released it will be like to go from the World you know (the Room) into a complete other World where you don't know anything and where you are left alone then. So I think to be alone in this Room for 20 years would be very hard but being released after all the Time could be even harder for you.
Then there is Room B where you can just kill yourself, which I think is not an Option, because whats the advantage? When you go to Room A you'll be alive and with even Option C you have a chance of being alive (even if this chance isn't very big).
The third Option can be the best or the worst option. The best would be that they'll just release you, hat will be better than Room B or A. But the worst can be even worse than Room B. Maybe they'll just kill you but maybe they'll torture you for years.
So I think I would choose Room A because it's much better than to kill yourself or to be tortured for years, and you can have a clone so you are not so alone (even if he won't communicate with you, just seeing another human-like object can be good)
(sorry for my english)

I'm telling you people, grab the gun in room "b" and escape. On the way out kill he people who brought you there.
Or just destroy the place. It'd be like the ending to Cowboy Bebop.

The problem with the scenario you laid out in your previous post is your idea revolves around the fact that there will be a guard. How do you know there will be one? What if there are no vents to crawl through?

There doesn't have to be. Hopefully it was just your roomates pulling a prank on you.
And rock will ALWAYS be popular, even if it is just classical. Beethoven was the rockstar of his time and he is still popular today.
I notice though that nobody is wanting to just sit and wait around for option "C". I'll Lol at the fool who chooses door "B" and dies when his friends were just messing with him.

I think the topic is a an introvert person's kind of heaven. Got a biased choice. It's like heaven and hell, inhuman life in heaven or worst than death hell. The clone thing is tyranic btw.

I would choose Room B. Interacting with other people is what I live for - I already feel quite uncomfortable spending a weekend not going to some sort of social event and that's with phone calls, internet messaging, and just saying hi to people I randomly see if I need to buy something. There's no way that I would stay sane in a room with a clone that won't even reply to me. 20 years is just too long. I think that even 1 year without human interaction is too long for someone like me.
It would probably be sort of fun for the first couple hours because I could request anything I wanted. Maybe a comedian to perform for me because even if the clone can't reply to me, I don't see why they can't perform for me - but I'd get bored of them eventually and want out (even if I get rid of them, I'd be lonely for the rest of the month yielding the same result). And what if I could make it out, sanity intact? I can't imagine being very useful to society, barring some people who might want another test subject to compare between modern day humans and 4 decade old humans to see if anything happened and being some news headline. Or manual labor, but there's always the possibility of needing that being eliminated.
There's always option C, but I can imagine something awful like them confining me in a situation like Room A's, but without the nice luxuries. Fuck that.
