20 years or suicide?
Which option would you choose?

B for sure. You might get a clone but what are you gonna do with it for TWENTY YEARS? Sex it up 24/7 for twenty years? Sure you might get some nice stuff but who is there to enjoy everything with? Your clone is pretty much brainless (though it DOES sound VERY nice...), and manga, movies, and music are no substitute for human interaction! If it were for one year then yes, room A.
“I’m here to inform you that you have been chosen as a subject for human research. You have two options and you have to make your decision within two hours."
Option C is out of the question, stay or not, you've still been chosen to be a test subject
Now 2 questions back, Maskedsatyr had said "Your death has been fabricated to your love ones so there won’t be anyone looking for you."
To the outside world, YOU'RE DEAD. What happends after 20 years? You're left to rot with no cash, clothes, family, or anything.
Besides, if you're dead it's not like you're going to be bored. So would you wait 20 years before dying? Or would you just kill yourself when the choice was given?
Plus, for you people who would want clones of manga people, they wouldn't exactly look too nice as a REAL 3-D being...xD

But they can just ask for very human version of them, it'll be nice to see a new version. Dead is just dead, A is actually heaven compare to other people's life. And you can just ask for servanthood to a merciful household or enter a CHURCH or TEMPLE after you're released.

Curious and Wondering
I'd choose A. I can at least do what I really want. Like act out sexual fantasies, learn foreign languages, watch every single episode of every show/anime I want to watch, live every day without any shred of responsibility, eat everything I want and do everything I can within the limits of that room.

Room A. Under almost any circumstances. And if I regret my decision, my bad, there's no turning back. The fabricated death thing shouldn't really be an issue: if I had the choice between killing myself with a gun, or living twenty years in Room A, then being released, and then killing myself, most likely without a gun, I'd know what to choose.

After 20 years i'll become a deadman to world...
INTERESTING!!!
I can become a mysterious detective cause no one know who I am.
One day before released, I'll ask for a lot of money to use~

theres no way in hell im going to sit in ONE room for 20 years, even with a god damn fuck doll... if the doll could speak, that would be nice though.

Room A... after some consideration. I mean.. it's (near) heaven for some people, me included. Yeah, I might go insane. But... would I care when I'm insane that I am insane? No, I wouldn't think I was insane. Insane people don't know they are insane.. confusing logic from my side, but yeah - hope you understand.
And as I mentioned before; heaven on earth - at least for me. I mean, no bills to take care of, no responsibilities whatsoever, free to do wtf you want in that room. But god damn, I want a window. Is that allowed?
A lot of previous posters were complaining about having a hard time getting back to real life after been in there, but I think your mind will be that fucked up that you won't care by the time you're out. And, when you get out - you can just take your life if you're not happy with how things are going.
Confusing logic at it's prime.

Room A is good, but I want to know what will happen if you exercise your own free will. So I choose nothing.

You're still DEAD to the world! But if you meant that things would be the way they were 20 years ago, Guess what? You gotta spend another 20 years in that room, or die. Be realistic. You'd never be able to wish for time travel. Or anything at all. They GIVE you stuff you ask for. It was never specified that you could wish for anything, though I do admit an clone of anything is pretty much impossible.
And ANOTHER thing. Most manga come out on a weekly basis. Therefore you'd need something besides that to do. I know that I've been so bored these past few months that I've been reading many like crazy. I've gotten through like 50 manga since like...march. You'd get maybe one year at best of manga. Then boredom. And why would you want to play video games ALONE? You'd get a whole 'nother year maybe two at best with video games. So lets see. A year of manga and anime. A year of gaming. And a few months of doing whatever to your clone. So about 3-4 and a half years of fun then boredom. You can't turn back after comming that far by death either.
(What about your HEALTH. You'd be fat, nerdy, have HORRIBLE eye sight, joint problems from gaming, and WHERE THE HELL WOULD YOU TAKE A CRAP?)
Bottem line. Just kill yourself.
...Yeah I have WAY too much time on my hands to rant this much.

I hope the clone isnt an annoying retard-esque zombie cause that'll really f*ck with me.
I dont mind if its silent kinda like a Rozen Maiden but if it starts going: Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugh Uuuuuuuuugh Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuugh... "Shut the F*CK up, Im trying to get some sleep here!!!"
Ive chosen room A if you already havent guessed. All the food I want, A base slave thatll do ANYTHING i want, Some form of entertainment. (TV/PS3/Whatever)
Its like my life NOW plus a bonus slave minus the bullsh!t work ive gotta do, I wont even have to wipe my ass, My slave can do that for me... Heaven!
Can the clone get knocked up? :)
*BTW, Im guessing the rooms not a complete sh!thole, Kinda like in the film OLDBOY. I can live with that for 20 years. No Problemo! :D

I'd probably choose Room A as most other people would.
But my question is, why would they actually lock you up for 20 years in the first place? In my opinion, the real experiment here is whether you'de choose death or "endless" solitude. Actually keeping you locked up for that amount of time seems to be a more or less "secondary" experiment in this case. Its already a given that most people wouldnt try to attempt suicide in Room A, because:
1. It would be nearly impossible, if you were being constantly watched by a research team.
2. After a certain amount of time, I would assume that most individuals would become increasingly immune to suicidal thoughts and most feelings whatsoever.
Another thought that interested me was; what is the point of keeping them with nothing after they attempted commiting suicide? It seems like that would be an utter waste of resources and a research individuals life. They would be of no use to the research facility any longer, and would be of no more experimental value.
One more thing. Would a computer be available? If so, id assume all social networking sites would be unavailable anyway. But you did say "any" accesories.
But what a question! I cant remember the last time out of school that ive had to actually put my mind to something! So thank you for the interesting question=)

LOL! I doubt I could do much knowing a buncha creepy ass guys were staring at me the whole time. Even having sex with the clone would be near impossible knowing they might be touchin' themselves to it. O.o
A thought just occured to me. What KIND of tests with they perform on you? That would also be a major factor in choice.

The choice you make and what you do for 20 years should you choose room A would be the test
