20 years or suicide?
Which option would you choose?

Room A for sure.
It's basically what I do every school day anyway. Except without the whole schoolthing.

I chose A but its a manor of will on how long you can last without real physical contact and if you can have means to look out into the real world or even if you r aloud to do what ever you want to the clone how much can one person stand of it even if you do enjoy the sadistic way of killing at the end of ea month or even have just playing games what happens when you want to have children or even marry think of all the choices and things you will be leaving behind that you could be doing in those year of your life besides just doing the same things every day of every month you might be playing a new game reading a new book or even doing things to a new clone ea month but whats the purpose if in only 5 years you mental state cant handle it and you end up going in sane from no real human contact so what choice is there live longer and then go insane wait the 2 hours and most likely die or just take your own life what is there in a choice of this magnitude.

I'd most likely go with room A. I don't really need to socialize to keep myself entertained. But I'd say after about the first five years, I'll snap and start having conversations with myself. Once that happens, I don't think I'd be suited for reality. In the end I'd probably take my life once I finish the 20 years...
Hmm... Either choice would result in me dying...

I easily chose Room A. Though I CRAVE human interaction, out of the choices given I could be very content with the interactions i am allowed. Whats weird is I often isolate myself, but I do have the basic desire for companionship.
I could imagine reasons why someone wouldn't choose Door A, but it would be hard to come up with a reason that didn't seem so ridiculous.

Room A would be pretty manageable if those clones could actually communicate. Just build up a tight friendship with 5-10 clones for 20 years. And since it could be anyone...Hell, I might even volunteer for that place!
But really, 20 years with no one except yourself. I don't think anyone would make it out sane. Imagine the deadly silence surrounding you every day, although you have no sense of day and night, since you can't look outside. It would feel like being trapped in time.
And then the question if those people that are using you as test subject are observing you, 20 years... impossible. In the end you'd be questioning yourself if you even ever lived a life before. Who knows if it was fabricated for you. After 5 years you probably wouldn't even believe the fact that there's anything out there except for the room you're rotting in.
Begging the clones to communicate with you while screaming and crying, but they never will, they're basically a dead soul in a working body... That's how I'd probably react, before I break apart and become as shallow as the clones themselves.
Even after 20 years, freedom wouldn't mean a thing to you. You are damaged forever. Better off dead, only living because your body allows it.

Really, does that sound like paradise to you guys?

I'd probably choose Room A, because then you have a chance of getting out alive. If you choose Room B, you're dead, and if you choose doing nothing, you risk way too much. As I don't believe in a life after death, living is always preferable to dying.

Room A
Reason:
1.there's a clone of someone/fiction (though at one time, i'll lose my mind)
2.I'd like to request internet (not mentioned whether it's forbidden or not)
Suppose it's forbidden, at least I still get the Video Games, books, and other accessories.
There's no need to die, since the world will change after 20years.

Room A DUH!!
You get anybody you want, Free video games, throw in some every nice food, and a large room. What more could a person that shuts themself in want? Of course i would choose to be free, but since thats not an option, ROOM A
Oh, and you can get out of this bad ecomonmy and wait 20 years till its over :)

Shit, how can so many take Room A? I'd rather have the death sentence then having to live behind bars for half my life. I mean, what am I gonna do when I get out anyway, I'll be an old faggot who knows nothing of the world. No thank you, death is more exciting.

I have just enough self respect to not put a gun to my head and pull the trigger, so i would go with door A, plus it sounds like a better bet. plus i wouldn't have to do anything, just sit there and waste away.

failing to see that even while being "anti-social" they're still around their family every day, going to school, posting on here.not really connecting that all of that is still communication/basic human contact(so even though your not mr./ms. popular, your still quenching that basic human need)
and for all those that say they can so easily.do what i did when i first of of this, try it for a significant length of time(2/3 months on summer break or something),and see how you do.and while i know i could last awhile, maybe longer than most,i'm nor naive enough to think i could last 20 years

Got me thinking stuffs that finding another path tho...provided the information given, sorry for picking on a loop hole but i just cant help it...
I am regarding all personal communication tools are taken away for this "human research" so i am finding myself in a room with 2 doors. First of all
Since the Researches regard this as a research for my thinking pattern to see which door would i chooose given the information.
What bothers me is this
walking through door A i will be locked away with no communications which basicly means i will be stored in a room waiting to rot.
BUT!
The researcher told me this sentence to let me thinking directly to suicide, and saying that walking through ONE room will lock the door behind which means once i go through , the door is automatically locked. The Gun with one bullet imo is just a gimmick to make you think of suicide, the lack of information given on the second door puts some hope, but given that you can not check on it because of the automatic door locking. I have to think about this throughly
Another Clue, the researcher intended to release me after 20 years. Lets think back for awhile,
I was awaken at a ROOM with 2 doors, the image past door A is given clearly by the wording "locked away with no communication" which means it must be a closed room with NO chance of communication, no window, no phone no hidden escape route and the back door is locked automatically.
Well Room B have very less information as the researches are giving these information to me to research my intelligence and reason for me to choose either one of both path.
I would gladly say i would go to door B. The clue above, which means i will be released 20 years after i choose door A, wait, realeased? they intend to realease me? how? The room i waked up in is a room with only 2 doors, door A is a path to a locked room and door B, is not given any information.
Basically door B will be the path for freedom because if they intend to release me after 20 years if i chooose door A, the only route for me to be released is through door B, because there MUST be a connection to the outside world if i was intended to be realeased. A simple picture will be this

Normally as a human being, we sought to live, nobody wishes to die and dieing like this on suicide is not something everyone can do. On basic instinct humans will immediately choose door A because of their will to live. But researchers have given another clue by "giving you 2 hours of time to think" which means there is some way around this mystery, the reasearchers are testing my the subject's intelligence to reason.
That is why door A is given a clear information on everything about a closed life and door B giving only a gun as an information directly leading to people thinking of suicide.
For me, door B must be the path to the outside world, as for the gun with one bullet, ill shoot the researcher if i saw him.
The topic says 20years or suicide, but there are 3 given choices which includes an "extra fuck them ill make my own rules" choice making it a contradiction which directly means there is a hidden choice.
imo tho, sorry if this wasnt what you expected
*i know, my drawing owns

You will be released at the place of your using after the 20 years are over

xD nice pointing that out, i guess i would also spend the 2hours of my time trying to find a hidden path in the room i woke up.
But given the phrase "locked up" in room A, that will mean the room A is totally closed.
