Question one: Magic is a very poorly defined term and can mean very different things to different people be it conjuration, slight of hand, life, excetra. Furthermore a lack of dodos does not mean they never existed.
Question two: There are multiple possibilities. There is(are) no god(s). The deity leaves mortals alone. The deity leaves you alone. Pray directed to wrong deity. Many more possibilities not mentioned above.
Question three: As before, the answer remains yes.

I do not wish to appear as a jerk or *expletive deleted* but in this conversation it is best to put great thought into our believes. Even as an atheist I have yelled at my religious friend for being bothered by the "Can God make a rock so big that even he cannot lift it?" This is a double question such as "Have you told your parents you are gay yet?" yes means you told your parents you are gay and no means you are gay but have not told your parents. These are not simple questions no matter how we disguise them.

Being that atheism is a lack of belief in a god, that just makes you an atheist. Claiming/believing that there is no god I think is what would make one a "hard" atheist.

That's not agnosticism, it's just theism. Agnosticism entails acknowledging that the existence of god is unknowable. There is no middle ground (i.e., there's no such thing as maybe believing). You either believe or don't believe (you're either a theist or an atheist).

Yeah.

Its somehting to think about but I'm not going to devote my time to something I'm not sure actually exists. I'm not a easy minded person who could be persuaded to use my time to do something I would rather not be doing.
