As far as I'm aware in most cultures, marital laws state that the subjects to be wed must both be able to give an opinion/objection/approval. A fictional character cant do that. Besides that, what would happen if more than one person wanted to marry the same character?

That is so absurd even trying to conduct that idea...but say he hired someone to create a private, special, one only character, and no one ever sees it again that maybe. But in my total opinion, they should just stop with the 2-d being real or having human emotion in reality
