Last I checked yes. If someone not from NA wants to play with the NA people they have to go buy the NA version.

here are the dates you all need to keep in mind

Open Beta: 6th to the 13th of September
Pre-Selection: 18th of September, you get a full day to save your character name & create it the way you want him or her to look.
Early Start: September 20th, RACE BEGINS! See you all at the finish line! Many of us won't make it, best of luck to everyone
Official Opening: September 22nd - hey! your 30 levels behind!

I just pre-ordered yesterday! I'm thinking of playing a Spirit master myself or a DPS class. I can always join you guys right?

Ive been reading around and im just going to say make sure you can get into the open beta. Like the closed beta this requires a key. If you played the closed then your good. If you preordered your good. If none of those then im told you need to find a key. Im wondering if waar and TMS + anyone else who played the closed have keys left and if they will still work. Internet forums could just be wrong though.

Closed beta people need to change their passwords though aswell for some reason...

Im pretty sure that everyone who played the closed didnt use all of their keys. I think illumi needs one.

Not sure what you mean, Sindalf. I was only given one key; the one I got when I bought the game. I have a friend, however, that has a couple thousand keys, which are the ones I gave out last time.

Bump since the beta starts Sunday.

My client wasnt running correctly and neither was alot of other peoples from what I was reading on forums. So I sent an email to game guard since game guards stuff is messing with both the NA and Chinese clients. This is the response they gave back.

I'll most likely be StrayDog or Stray Dog. I'm sure both will be available, they were in closed. I'll keep an eye out for you guys in the starting zone.

Doesn't Aion have a like hardcore censor on language? I know the Chinese beta did. Well... they also had a "oh you been playing for 1-2hrs we recommend you take break"

we'll be meeting up to make the guild on official pre-release (the 20th) but as for the open beta we will be running around the starting zones, my name will most likely be waar and we will most likely have Fakku as the guild name for the beta; have not decided on what our name will be when we commence; will probably put it up to a poll or discuss it in game.
