well crap. doing quests for the thieves guilds and the quest markers aren't making any sense whatsoever. the marker says inside the city but when I look at the local map the marker is outside the city and I have no clue where to go.
and why do I have so much fun seeing myself dying at the hands of giants? I swear I spend half an hour just rushing at giants just to get killed.

Sooo to those who are into this game. Is it as good as you expected? Is it a game you feel like you can play through it 10 hours non stop?

That's what i did straight ^_^
What surprised me most about skyrim is just how massive the map actually is and the amount of things you can do and find.

Jesus, I haven't even visited the Greybeard people and I already fought my second dragon(not counting the first one at the watchtower). I know they are supposed to be appearing randomly, but I'm listing the two areas where I found mine and under what circumstances just incase other people might want to give it a shot.
1. Near and at South Cold Rock Pass. Went up the mountain and it just did a drive by shooting. q_q
2. Northwatch Keep, after I killed all the guards outside it flew over. Was a frost dragon.

After listening to this a few times, I noticed that my dick is bigger and I have a chin full of beard. I dare say this is the manliest theme a game has ever had (or at least from what I have heard). That just made my day.
And I reeeeaaaally want this game but I really want Assasins Creed Revelations too, I'm too indecisive. My friend couldn't shut up about it earlier today and I told him that I will punch him in the face if he says anything more about the cool features. ; A;

That feel when you finish a hard dungeon and yer low on potions / food stuffs... And get jumped by a Blood Dragon at the exit.
3 times I actually had to leg from those fights since I either had no Fire / Frost resistance potions or then very low on health potions (Was heavily on ranged type hero with the 15x crit bonus on backstabbing attacks with daggers from sneak).
Have to say.. The dragons might appear quite often (once ever 2-3 dungeons maybe), they're certainly not a walk in the park type of a creature. Really like that.
DO NOT OPEN UNLESS YOU HAVE CLEARED THE MAIN STORY LINE

Horses can climb at almost any vertical angle while jumping, you can also face the opposite direction of a steep climb and jump your way backwards up it. Mage college quest is, awesome.
Edit:
Pro-tip: Always carry around a bow and a couple of arrows so you can shoot the valuable items placed on greed traps.

I've slept for about 6 hours in 2 days. This game is consuming my life.
I still haven't encountered a dragon yet...

I have a bunch of places found and I've only been doing quests from Whiterun. I've been playing for almost 20 hours now and I still have not encountered a dragon. I would tell Skyrim I'm disappoint but I'm too busy being a fucking werewolf.

I will only say there is something large, menacing and very undead awaiting you in one of the quest-line dungeons.
Do it.
Edit: Oh and it's not the final boss either. Expect epic.

What a coincidence, I was planning on heading there right after leaving Whiterun a questless wasteland.

So I just mastered conjuration and got all of the enchanting perks. Every weapon I enchant with a grand soul increases it's value by around 1300g (Getting lockpicking perks next, an extra %50 chance to find rare/magic items? Yes please!). My current monetary funds are around 32000g, saving for Proudspire manor in solitude.
Soon, soon I will be the richest man in all of Skyrim!
Also, enchanting is now my favorite skill in the game, I do an extra 48 damage with my frost enchantment, and then another 48 damage with my fire enchant. In essence, I added around 96 extra damage to my weapon (plus the extra damage to targets already on fire.), which is far more than most perks will give you (Can't wait till I can get a bow damage increase enchant, put all that shit on my armor set, kick some fucking ass with +200% damage with bows!). My main weapon is an ebony bow, and with marksman and sneak nearing mastery level I can fire off about four crit arrows before being noticed. It's too bad you can't sneak up on dragons.
Edit: New bow, fire/shock enchants.
(Frost just doesn't seem to drain stamina fast enough with a bow at higher levels on Master to have much of an effect.)

Also: Am I the only one who finds this game surprisingly, on the verge of disappointingly easy? I've been playing on expert and have had no trouble whatsoever with most mobs. Not to mention that the dragons are way, way too easy, sure they take a while to bring down, but they are far from the most dangerous mobs. Those damned Sabre Cats are fucking me up way more.

After level 20 or so, dragons and enemies get way way harder.
Also you must've not encountered giants or bears yet because they give me nightmares.
