you need to in order to unlock some bonus content, but even it weren't the case, you want to see the bad ends because of the tiger dojo commmentary.

It all comes down to Archer, really. It's a no brainer, as this is THE choice that changes the routes.
The first big change, is that Archer (if I remember correctly) killed Berserker at the graveyard (and if not killed, badly wounded). This caused Ilya to not come out to the forefront as much, and that made Caster be less worried about her, and allowed her to gather more energy and be more bold in her actions.

As far as HF goes:

To me, the fact that Rider died quickly in HF caused Zouken to take drastic measures, and that was the main trigger. As you said, in the other routes Rider dies after a week or more, and it's too late to do anything at that point.

When Shinji had Rider in HF at first, he was a fresh master, and Rider was week because of it. In the other routes, it looks like she managed to regen some energy over that time.
And I don't recall any conversation about Rider not being able to use her Bellophon. Yeah, later Sakura was in pretty bad shape, due to the influence of Angra Manyu (spelling), but since that influence didn't manifest in the other routes, it was fine enough.


Spoiler:

1: You're right, the difference between UBW and Fate is Archer. Hell, UBW is all about Archer/Shirou (No, that is not a Yaoi slash [Although I don't know if that would count as masturbation or not...]). The catalyst difference in UBW is that Archer is actually present for long enough to not be killed by Berserker in Ilya's house, and forces Berserker off early on instead of Saber getting her ass kicked. Consequently, Shirou's love for Saber doesn't develop because he doesn't watch her nearly die (He kept flashing back to her all bloody and hunched over in Fate, if you recall).

2: In UBW, Berserker is killed by Gilgamesh after Caster takes Saber and Archer defects. Tohsaka and Shirou go to Ilya's looking for help, and Gilgamesh kills Berserker and takes Ilya's heart for later use in Holy-Grail-Summoning. That's also where Lancer becomes their friend, if I recall.

3: You're completely wrong about Rider. She never dies in HF. I think you're confused about something. But your second point, that the main difference for HF is Zouken's action, is completely correct. I think it has less to do with Rider as it does with Shirou meeting Zouken early on, though. It's not as obvious why that happens as it is in UBW, but... well, whatever. I didn't like HF anyways.

Urghh... so thats where i am missing some of the CGs....

I loved the UBW the best, Heaven's Feel second and Fate 3rd

Heaven's Feel was like a point joiner, connecting all the points into a line, similar to Tsukihime's Final route, everthing makes the sense after i played it. Gave me a sad ending but meh, expected it from that Sakura's route.

I didnt like sakura too, but i gave her credit to almost made me fap to FSN.

You know the hassle of installing something again, in a super packed HDD in my computer... (720 gb, only 5 % free)

I already reached the state of having to plan any install carefully and that follows up with making back up DVDs of my anime.

well, I already know the gist of the last episode from the doujin, so it doesn't matter much for now.

Besides that I got more Vns to play, than re-installing Fate/Stay night again, and re-playing it again for just one "extra" scenario

Yeah, I already finished F/SN years ago, even before I joined FAkku. so, when I found out about the "Last Episode" I was like WTF~~~~~

So, I quickly bought Realta Nua, but I stopped at the middle of Heaven's Feel, cause of the boredom of reading a "book" twice and repeating each route just to get the game overs also killed my motivation.

Yeah, I've read only those 10 from "Fakku! Recommends" thread, and most of "you can also like" listed VN. I really enjoy re-reading, that's maybe why I don't really want to look for a new one.
Last month, finally made AGTH and Atlas work properly, and the only one VN in my line is Fate/Hollow Ataraxia )

Ah, Okay then. I forgot about that whole park scene, but then, like I said, I don't like HF. Thus, my brain blocks it out.
