Good trailer. They're laying it a little thick there, but still good. Still, is it just me or does everyone look weak in terms of thier weapons, abilities, and even summon spirits? They're more complex looking but not as strong...like in FFXII.FF12 ... Don't ever mention that T-T It spat out 70-80% of the plotline in the first 20 minutes.

It was almost too good. Too technical and aesthetically pleasing. Really makes me wonder if the gameplay is going to be up to snuff. Too many technically beautiful games skimp out on the story and gameplay department. "Ew... this game is boring... but it's PURDY!"

I'mma get it. Probably any special edition too since I'm a sucker. Still, as for that FF12 hate, I hardly ever look at game trailers for that reason, just like movies, it may spoil it for me. I loved the game, though.

isn't FF12's story similar to Star Wars with the poor lanky boy, the old man that the boy meets, the captured princess, the pirate dude and his furry partner, the 2nd to the final boss being a guy in black armor who's also related to one of the main cast....idk who the hell Penelo's supposed to be but Vossler is definitely Lando
oh and, depending on your point of view, the princess falling for the pirate(i don't think so but my friends keep saying there's sexual tension)

FF13 graphically looks very nice,
gameplay wise it doesnt seem to stray far from FF12 which i hated, so still deciding whether or not to get this or save my money for something better

I dont see what the big deal is. Yes its turn based. But they are trying something new. Give them props for thinking outside the box

Wow, I didn't honestly expect a release date that early. Oh well, bottom of my want list, but I think I might get it eventually unless it turns out to be shit.

its not something new, they've used it in FF11 which kinda worked since it was MMORPG
I didnt like how it looks like action rpg, but is actually turn based rpg.
Fine if you like ff12 fine you like, i still prefer the old classic FFs

I never tried ff 11 but imma try ff 14 (first mmo for ps3). I also love the classics. Hell my favs are the classics. Its just I love the fact that they are trying new things and seeing how we respond to them

Glad it has a release date now. Now I can start getting excited for it again since I refused to get excited for it until it had a release date.
