Final Fantasy 13

FFXIII versus looks like it is shaping up well, so just look forward to that. However, I'm sure FFXIII is fairly low priced now. It isn't a bad game, it just wasn't worth the wait or the $60 price tag on release day. It is still better than many other JRPG games, but it is fair to say i was a major disappointment in the gameplay area.

Graphics were amazing though. I'm still blown away at certain parts of the game, and Lightning is a gorgeous character. In one of the cut scenes, Fang was photo realistic. I would of sworn she was a real person if she didn't happen to be flying through the air at the time.

Side note - I totally think that some major game review sites were bought off or scared of giving this game bad reviews. It did not deserve the 9/10 s it got or A- 's that some sites gave it. Famitsu is I understand though since those guys are Final Fantasy fanboys and were surrounded by the constant barrage of commercials and hype surrounding this game. Even then, 39/40 is ridiculous, especially when other smaller sites gave it reviews around 5/10 or 7/10

I see yeah your right. I hope versus XIII is alot better but who knows I just want the new FF games to be really great works like they were in the old days now it's all focus on MMORPGs man stick with the consule games not that other stuff. maybe if they did then XIII would have been that 9/10

This is happening with quite a few games actually O.o the big sites seem to give the big games big scores even if the game wasn't all that good. Hmm... perhaps deals happening in the back room?? :P
I actually enjoyed FFXIII quite a lot, even though I haven't finished it >_> I've been meaning to getting back to it actually...
