I think more will be reported of UMvC3 once Evolution is over. A playable demo will be available and I think a lot of pros will try it. We will here more changes on Zero by Marn then. Combofiend will tell us his team and we will learn more from other top players too.
I hope that when the game is out, they have Mega Man as DLC like with Jill when MvC3 came out. I do not like Nitsuma's excuse about Mega Man not being the highest request fan pick.

Gustaff Fire assist has been nerfed, a bigger hittable box (TBC)
Trons j.H knocks away making it harder to combo after
Very, VERY salty about these nerfs. Her Gustaff Fire was the best assist in the game due to it's versatility for combo-ability, and invulnerability. And adding to more salt to the wound, they nerfed j.H to make it harder to combo after makes me feel like she is going to be more ass tier. :(
Understandably, there's always corner combos, but her j.H was a good cross-up tool and for the most part, it was a real good combo starter, even though it was a slow move, and punishable against AA's and standing jabs.
I enjoyed playing Tron. She was very fun to mess around in training mode. I spent hours upon hours learning everything about Tron, and with these nerfs, I feel like this will definitely make her less useful in my Zero/Tron/Sentinel team.
On top of that, Set's nerf:
Sentinel no longer has OTG rocket punch > HSF after his BnB air combo, they now flip out before the drones hit (TBC)
This to me feels like HSF is going to be almost useless now, unless you want to just use it like spamming Shinkuu Hadoken super... Wish this isn't true. Understandably, he still has Plasma and he could possibly do it after a s.L > s.M xx RP xx HSF, but I liked HSF after an air BnB and how it gives out a good amount of space between you and your opponent after it. :(
Might as well scrap my main team, Zero/Tron/Set [a.k.a Team Mechanix], all together in UMvC3.... D:

On a good note, Lei-Lei's damage is getting buff, so it'll make my Task/Lei-Lei/Spencer team better.

This shit made my day. I'm much happier with the way this game is turning out now.
Wolverine and Wesker were two of my bigger complaints in MvC3. I'm glad to see that they've been balanced out.

nevermind my previous post, i misread it. drones got stronger, which means sent is scarier imo.
and you can still otg assist to HSF.. or just otg rocket punch to plasma storm or hard drive. it really doesnt change that much with sent... just get more creative if you really want HSF, but he has other really strong options too.

Your Doom and Phoenix need some work, look up Cl0ckwork to see how deadly Doom can really be.
Your Taskmaster is pretty good, but keep in mind that he has some insane normals.
Your Wolverine is great, although I would have switched when he was almost killed by Sentinel.

My Dr. Doom need a lot of work. He is mostly an assist character for me right now. My Phoenix is a lot better, I was missing a lot of execution inputs. OTL
I should have switched Wolverine, but he was using d.H, so I thought I would do some damage to Sentinel, but That was big mistake.

Glad they made Doom's laser gun more faster. I hope they make his photon shot more faster. I need to see what buffs and nerfs my other two characters get in the future.

The nerf for his L.Rocket Punch into Drones just makes it harder for online noobs/scrubs/whatever to spam that for a win. Not a big change, he's still basically the same.
Glad to see Zero got no nerfs. Just his level 3 buster which I just recently started training to use more, so no biggie for me. Also glad to hear about his rainbow super having more range.
My normal team of Dante, Zero, Morrigan will probably stay the same, but I'll probably drop Dante for Strider as my main team. Keep Dante as an alt, along with Ammy. Gonna try and learn Taskmaster, and Spencer. Maybe try and see how Spidey works this time around since he was so hard to use effectively.

You did pretty good in PM5, love the end where you use Spencer's assist and finish him with Wesker's lvl 3. However, your description in the video makes me want to say something. Try out every character, you are not going to know who is right to you if you just stick with the cool characters. I was stuck with Ryu and later Akuma in SFIV, but then I changed to Bison and Makoto and haven't changed for the whole SFIV series at all. Same with MVC3, when I first saw the She-Hulk reveal, I was like "REALLY? WTF LAME" I end up getting the game and I love using her, that I won't take her off my main teams.
Keep in mind that if you know you cannot do more than magnum OTG with Wesker, try to use his hyper in the air instead.

I have used many characters, but for that team, it was between Dante and Amaterasu because their assists are very similar, but Dante's is much better for extending combos. I am just a lot more comfortable using him.
As for Wesker's Samurai Edge, I prefer to only use meter when I can kill a character. I will THC or spend a level 3. I do not like Wesker's Phantom Dance Hyper. I'm also very careful for when I don't kill them. Many people just hard tag, and I'm always looking for that. I can do the damage to that character and then snap the other character back in.
I can also do the DHC Glitch with Spencer, but it's harder to do online. I miss the link from j.S to Armor Piercer often. OTL

Gotta hand it to you with flashy wins, Wesker's lvl 3 is so fun and brutal to watch, especially as the KO. Don't be afraid to use meter, there is a reason why we get 5 bars for it.
At this point, I would recommend at trying to improve your combos.
