Got my low-rank Lagi armor done, got the chest, arms, and waist over forged. Now I just need 1 +horn and 3 bathycite ores to make the rest over forged.
Now 3 more horns to upgrade my thunderclap.

Me likey low rank Lagi armor better. And me and some other guys went Ala clusting for I don't know how long. Over 3 hours non stop... Around 2:20 each time and I came out rich.

Not really. Not if you carve each time. I went in with around 10,000 and left with around 700,000... and I still had all of the scutes, plates, talons to sell which would make me over 1,000,000. Use that money to buy some wyvern claws when it's out and on sale and you're good to go.

Try checking with with boy when everyone has Just-Jhen Bieber Fever.. day. From what I see/know he usually sells them whenever the fever appears.

I agree on the horrible sets and how it makes us rage, but I like how the shitty sets and target time make for a nice challenge.
I almost had the Rathian, but went over by 36 seconds and fainted once.
Haven't fought Lagi or Ura yet, then there's the duo monster fights and the Wyren Lords fight.

Well, not to brag but I found beating the times easy at some ocassions, they being the quests where I can use a lance. Rathian went down easy with the lance. Great Jaggi down in 2:43. Wyvern Lords in 15:46. I remember those because they were my crowning moments of awesomeness.

They are easy when you know how to use the weapons and pick the one you feel comfortable with during the quest. I picked the hammer when it came to the Great Jaggi, Qurupeco, and R. Ludroth. Barroth and Rathian got hacked to bits with the LS.
Lagi and Ura might be a bit troublesome for me later.

The usual things I'd use against Jho is my haxed Hinata+ and either "Demise" or Lagia Wildfire, and on rare occasions my Metamorph.
PM me in Tri if anyone wanna do Jho runs with me :D

Ah damn, right, right. You still need to farm Jho materials. Meaning you dont have the set to do a speed run, proper one in that manner. Because for that to work you need 3 lancers who uses a Jho set with AUL and an Alatreon Gleam, with a gunner that paras and traps. Also, everyone must have Trap Master.
