I hope this thread gets more replays then MVC3.

I wouldn't count on it. The MvC3 thread get's a lot of activity from people talking about their teams and who they wanna see coming out for future DLC. Not to mention tips and tactics on how to take out problematic players and/or fighters (Zoners, Magneto, etc.). Mortal Kombat is generally more straightforward and slower paced, so I doubt you'll get as many replies past people gushing over the game. Just stating an observation and my theory based off of it.

Anyway, it's been a while since I've played a Mortal Kombat game (Armageddon was the last), so I may need to reacquaint myself with Scorpion's and Sub-Zero's move list

We too get team battle's on mortal kombat but only 4 people not 6.My team is going to be Kratos and Lui Kang.I am going to make my unboxing video tommorow.I'm going to pick up MK9 after school.

The game plays SOO much different as compared to perviuos MK games.

I'm sticking with scorpion.The game play is so different and those lobby's are dead.I guess its all about MVC3 now.

Let me just say this. A proper MK hasn't been release in years.So i'm guessing a lot of people are still learning its mechanics. While games like SF and MVC ,changed but not that much compared to MK. Also, the popularity of fighting tournaments was mostly more popular in the time just outside of MK shining moments. Give MK time to come back on its feet. Their last few games have been horrible according to the ''fans''

I got it and love it, just hate the 1 on two story mode battles. Fucking Quan Chi and Scorpion always kick my ass.

I got the game and played it right away. 8 hours of straight play and I finished the Story Mode. It was AWESOME!
A shame we can't play with all the costumes.
