which one is better izanagi no okami (mine lvl 99) or lucifer (lvl 96)
coz i still confused which one better (and both have victory cry)

It seems as if they're pretty close at first. InO has better stats and the "Amp" ability for Fire, Ice, Elec and Wind. That means that his spells of those elements will do 50% extra damage. He also has an ability that doubles his evasion rate against all attacks apart from Light, Dark and Almighty types. He is innately strong against all elements apart from those three, too.

Lucifer, however, seems a bit weaker but has some nice defensive things of his own. He nulls Dark and reflects Light (at lvl 96). Therefore, against such enemies, he is more durable than InO. Against enemies whose only attacks are Light/Dark, he is basically invincible. InO, however, is quite open to their instant death effects.

Lucifer's spells are quite a bit worse than InO (who has the best regular, single-target Fire, Ice, Elec and Wind spells, i.e. the -dyne spells, as well as Megidolaon) but then his spells only cost half the SP that they should, thanks to his Spell Master ability. That is sort of a bit useless, though, because of Victory Cry.

So, in summary, InO is basically quite a lot better in most situations. However, he lacks any defence against Light/Dark/Almighty whereas Lucifer is immune to the first two. Lucifer is less powerful attack-wise but can pretty much constantly do spells because of how much cheaper they are for him. InO also lacks any Phys skills whereas Lucifer has Brave Blade - a rank 7 attack (it goes from 1-8 and then 0 for the rare, ultimate skills).

you can date all girls at one like chie, yukiko, rise, sun commu girl, ai (the tsundere type), naoto (big spoiler here coz with this you know that naoto is a girl)
and as for me the main lover seems like Rise (lovers commu)

Being the lovers arcana doesn't mean that Rise is the main lover, I always think the most closest girl to the main character is Yukiko Amagi. And for starters there isn't any main lovers, it all depends on your own opinion.
