PlayStation Vita[UPDATE 6/11/2011]

So does my smartphone from tmobile.

And battery life is atrocious.

First it couldn't even last five hours even in idle mode.

Now it just gets by a whole day barely.

Hack to verzion... that how my 3000 rolls.

I was kind if scared when I heard them mention 3G by a provider, I have the same problems with my phones battery AND my 3ds, which is supposed to be portable but only gets 4 hours of battery life, I hope thats not how the Vita turns out.

I recommend against the 3g version. The social stuff the vita has is just filler, you won't be able to play multiplayer shooters without a wifi connection.

Well i only have question which will be the decisive point for me to buy this console early. What type of game slot will they use? UMD? cartridge? or just like PSP GO only digital distribution? If the answer is the last one i believe i will need to postpone my plan for buying this console.

It's impossible to use UMDs because of the Back touch pad.

Tx for the info Kaimax. Hmmm it seems i will wait for 2 or 3 months after the console release first then. As i can not use my UMD game and atm there is still no game that really interested. Maybe i will just buy the console next year. For this holiday maybe just a few 3DS game then.

Fun fact... if one or two get missing from the pallet at bestbuy(me and the worthless worker who steal everything)... they will never know. They lost a box of ram cards... like 20 2 gb... theyjust write it off.

The back room is never left alone, especially when they have stuff like that kn the floor, although I've heard of people doing that with tv's.

So AT&T's providing the 3G... We'll have to pay every month for the 3G, right? Fuuu

This system is a maybe from me. There's a few things that kinda don't sit very well with me.

I wouldn't buy (since im getting it free anyways) for the 3g one anyways... my plan i for verzion... and att sucks in my area... like 1 bar in the whole town and no coverage in the rural areas.

Think about it gents, most of the power of a PS3 in a PSP.
Now, I've been a PSP owner for a while, love it. I think this is better than the 3DS. Sure, not everything can be perfect. At&t sucks. GPS looks... interesting from what I've seen. It's not even out yet, and I bet, it will have a better launch then the 3DS. And if it doesn't... Well fuck me silly. I am dissapoint Sony.
I'm getting for sure. First game I'm getting when it's out is Persona 4: The Golden.

Sadly im already in service of them, but if I buy the vita will that be additional charges????

Well i am quite interested with Uncharted and probably that will be my first title for Vita however i am just not as pleased as the others hearing about Persona4 Golden. First Devil Survivor overclock for 3DS remake now this for PSV. Damn the remake trend is coming and thats not a good thing i think.

Depends on your plan or coverage... at&t sucks here in the land of a thousand Verizon towers... You can't eve make a call half the places here with at&t.. my verizon phones works 99% of the time.. outside of a shithole called shaver lake and korea.

Only problem with the vita is the backward compatibility to older psp games and hacks... which will be fixed five days after launch.

Aww man... I already get raped by monthly charges from at&t..... hopefully i can use wifi, unlimited data there

That probably is what the thing is.. unless you insert your sim card into it.
