what anime are you guys talking about? i don't see any anime mentioned here......

I'm aware of the modest origins. I'm not going to make anymore commentary though, since this is getting fucking tedious and I'm not interested in feeding the trolls anymore.

1.Was confused why they say theres no anime.While literally speaking there is one.
2.Yes I hate it, it suxs cause I watched it,spoiled Tsukihime but its still an anime
3.I do acknowledge that it does exist because an anime is an anime,if its bad so be it can't do anything about it but complain.But alienating it causes someone,example me to be confused in first glance.

what transpired wasn't trolling. it was just the interaction between people who knew the meme and those who didn't. a difference in voiced opinions on the internet shouldn't be equated to troll and there is no reason for anyone to get upset over a fucking meme anyways.(truth)

@silfian You're not being trolled, this is the most famous meme about "Shingetsutan Tsukihime" Many people that I know and is a big FAN of tsukihime was disappointed after watching "Shingetsutan Tsukhime", and many of them has already finished the VN first. (including me)

with many fans of the VN that got disappointed, they just accepted the fact that "shigetsutan Tsukihime" wasn't a real adaptation of Tsukihime since it (IMO) deviates to far from the original, whether it was because the characters,the stories or even the illustration itself. so, the meme "There is no Tsukihime anime was born.

If you find it weird, well you're not wrong. But there must be a reason why SO MANY people use this meme

I believe no one here ever had any intention to troll. I also believe darykk knew very well that we were just fooling around, because he knows it's a fact that there's an anime. It was fine until you butt in and take all of this into a serious note feeling tedious and all by yourself. Good thing you decided not to comment anymore.

It's an overt thread derailment and an attempt to impede genuine discussion. That's generally considered trolling, however in this case it's the will of the majority that's doing the derailing, rather than a vocal minority. My complaint lies mostly with Naoto Shirogane due to repeated spamming rather than a simple chiming in.

Okay fine, I can play along too. I watched a really entertaining anime a few weeks ago that bore some vague resemblance to some type-moon characters. However, I'm glad that there is no Tsukihime anime, because then I might have felt like I wasted 8 hours of my life over the past few days reading something I had already experienced in full- like I how I felt when I played Kanon after having watched its anime.
