The girl does have feelings for him since the beginning, given their having known each other for a long time, there's no way she can just suddenly fall for him after sex. Also, not giving up after getting rejected the first time is a good thing, the way he chooses to continue is just... weird.

Looking at the big picture, I see it more as a (hentai) comedy, in the end everybody is happy.

It's basically a forced scenario. She's very clearly against it until that point, which is why I think the male character in this is shitty. Not only does he throw a tantrum, he just goes for it ignoring her pleas. The friend was right, this kid has shit for brains. He didn't treat Saki like a person, he just wanted her for himself.

Page 4 he says "How can you be so mean!? It's your fault I'm so depressed". There's literally nothing mean about it. She didn't want that type of relationship with him, she says this like 3 different ways throughout the manga. I'm sorry but that's just life. You have to be ready to accept rejection, and if you can't then you only have yourself to blame. But instead he took advantage of her. She went out of her way to check on him and he treated her pretty poorly, I think.

They were attracted to each other since the beginning, but found it awkward to come clean to one another. It was Shuu who finally made the first move, and it worked out.

...Well, they do say never giving up is the way to do things, and I certainly do agree.
Also, he certainly handled things in the most Hentai Protagonist way possible...He basically fucked her until she came to love him. Just a matter of pushing until it got to that point. Good job, truly a method befitting of a Hentai Protagonist.
Great ending though, especially how her friend was basically teasing them...I kind of want a separate story featuring her friend though.

I may be reading to much into this. On pg.2 this artists looks to be having a cathartic moment in expressing their concern through a character of the continuous use of high school setting and the archetypal protagonist of these type of settings. Regardless, the girl in this story very cute.
