I would TOTALLY watch a sports anime of this. First couple episodes are setting up the tournament arc, each competitor is capable of shoving larger and larger things up their ass, new competitor every episode or so, training montages, epic final battle, the whole shebang.
UH, ..... for now, I'll just wonder whether the creators of a certain original *koff-koff* manga series have or have not consulted their legal advisor(s) over what Hitori-sensei is doing right now.
