I've read so many different comics.
I've played games like Euphoria and Starless... But nothing, I say nothing could prepare me for this.

And hey, it even had a nice moral at the end. He's going back to being a doctor after realising what was important to him. Presumably, saving people and seeing their grateful faces, I guess? I feel a bit bad for the ero manga, but hey, at least in a way, she managed to repay him in the end...

I knew this would be weird, and I went in expecting nothing but insanity, and I was STILL SHOCKED by the experience of reading this wonderful madness.
