There is nothing wrong with feeling insecure about your lovers other relationships, but this guy is acting on those feelings in very negative ways. He will never be happy with her until she sleeps with her childhood friend and says whom is better. Messed up as that sounds I am going out on a limb to predict that is how this series ends or climaxes. There was a mention of 2 old school tricks to do this in this chapter. Him wanting her to sleep with her childhood friend as some some sort of unhinged, king-of-the-mountain confirmation never occurred to me. If that's what's happening, he'll be off the hook for it being that he's the antagonist in a NTR (or at least a NTRish story). If he was the MC, having that wish come true would be like putting a stick of dynamite half way down his throat and then lighting the fuse.

Anyways yea a lot of people wants to see a real epilogue to this story so if you guys want to, you can demand for it and the author might consider.

Wow, the second installment already. Well, she's fallen into the depths of troubling depravity. I'll just put in my two cents in and say that there's nothing wrong with falling for a guy who's not your longtime pal. The problem with her issues is she left her childhood friend in limbo in terms of where they stood, and that the dude she's seeing is a headcase, more so than him being an a-hole. I mean, his insecurities blind him from any rationale approach to keep her his. Just treat her right instead of treating her like a walking blowup doll and she'll put her friend on the backburner. And I don't buy him having the control over his associate as much as he claims, and there probably will be more individuals of their ilk making an appearance so it does look like she'll be passed around like a peace pipe pretty soon. I wonder if the story is going to have her exercise any common sense. It's hentai, so more than likely, no.

Astute observations as always gammenon! The author has put elements into this story that give it the potential to be something very original and satisfying (it doesn't even have to be a happy ending for anyone thinking I just want it to be a vanilla story instead), but all of the tell tale signs that it will largely end up "same old, same old" are lining up, which would be a shame.

I feel like there should be a pretty decent market for the kind of storytelling that you are advocating within these darker themed stories, but I guess not because hentai authors just refuse to do it 99% of the time.

Well, we'll see how this one goes and maybe compare notes then!

Eh, maybe I should wait until the third installment to write this, but I got another "getting on my soapbox" moment…I’m starting to lean more and more towards the placing the bulk of the blame on Akina for the hostilities between Tatsuya and Kouta. Sure, Tatsuya is insecure and a bit creepy (well maybe very creepy) and Kouta is indecisive and spineless when it comes to conveying feelings of love (he has no problem, however, displaying anger and displeasure as we saw in Chapter 1) but it just occurred to me that Akina didn't deal with Kouta straight up bc it seems like she wants to keep her life the way it has been and/or (probably “and”) she’s not comfortable with people knowing that Tatsuya is her boyfriend. She wants to separate her love life from her daily leisure life and that clearly is not going to work, as I believe she’s finding out. He’s going about it all wrong, but I think that is Tatsuya’s gripe, and it’s pretty understandable. A person’s activities in everyday life obviously change in some degree once they start dating. Now, if she officially dated Kouta, her life wouldn’t change nearly as much but since she’s seeing Tatsuya, it has to change greatly. She wants to live two separate lives and that is clearly a goofy mindset. If a person is that embarrassed about being with that other person so that they hide the relationship from everyone else and wants to keep from being seen together in public, probably the relationship wasn’t meant to be.

Thanks! I mean, ideally I would like for Akina to end up with her childhood friend Kouta but even in real life that has a great possibility of not happening. The thing is she seemed to legitimately like Tatsuya and formed a bond, but...then we see Tatsuya having sex with her mostly to spite Kouta as if those two have had some personal volatile past that we don't know about. Of course, that can't be the case bc that would have been unveiled in the first installment. And also we see his sinister face. And we see that at least one of his compadres is more disturbing than him. What seemed to be pretty vanilla from the start [of the relationship] is speeding uncontrollably in the other direction.

Apparently I do enough for you to give an response to what I am talking about but let me make it clear the protagonist in this leaves let's say a lot of room for character development. The role here is shallow, incompetent and quite base I could tell stories about some guys and none of fits this it's kind a parody the way dude acts a far shot of the real thing. Don't take it the that heroine isn't depicting the best on the bunch at all either but it does point out how humans will stab you in the back if you let them.

There is 2 chapters out after this with no translation to english online. Ch4 seems to be the beginning of the Tatsuya-Akina relationship (a prequel to the prequel if you would) and CH5 seems to be the conclusion.
